FAST, quality. My 4 ton heat pump AC was installed Monday after a Friday phone call. Price cannot be beat. My brother in-law works for a local AC Company and couldn't come close to beating them, especially with a Trane that I got installed! The air handler was installed properly with no leaks. This thing cranks compared to my old Goodman. Thank you German and Cardinal Heating & Cooling.

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.

They gave me the best price on a Trane AC system followed with expert installation. Great guys, great communication. After about three months they followed with another rigorous inspection of the installation by another expert in the company as a routine. They plan to come back in 6 months for service and inspection as the season changes again. I've been blown away. This is a red blooded American company hanging on to good old values of commitment to service. I appreciate them very much. Safety check after all smoke / carbon monoxide detectors alarming. Fire department confirmed carbon monoxide present . Newman Commercial Refrigeration came out within a few hours to check system. Very professional. Would strongly recommend Newman Commercial Refrigeration.
