Thanks to Nick I now have cold air again in the middle of summer. My AC unit stopped blowing cold air and Nick was able to diagnose a bad capacitor and fix it. Thanks again for fitting me in the same day!

Pros:

- Prices are told to you and don’t change.
-Cardinal is quick at scheduling you for install.
-Warranties offered are better than competition and don’t come at a premium cost.

Cons:
-install wasn’t done correctly at first and they left wires exposed.
- They didn’t clean up the work space, and my roof was filthy afterwards.

Overall:

Cardinal made it right by coming back out to complete the repair, and now everything is done correctly. It is a little alarming they didn’t seal certain section of our roof and that could have led to a total disaster during monsoon season. But in life sometimes you get what you pay for, and this was about what I expected. Just make sure you double check your install, and you shouldn’t have any issues.

Mindy was great and got us on the schedule the next day. The technicians were friendly and let me know what was needed before making any repairs. Really appreciated the follow up call by Mindy after as well. Thank you!

They found the problem and the next morning they had the part and fixed it right away.

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Literally the best service for our heating system. We purchased our home with heating system and have faced so many barriers to servicing our wall mounted boiler. we chose this company to replace our old ac...on the advise of a neighbor who worked for the company.....BIG MISTAKE....we were looking for a new quality unit...instead...without our knowledge...they sold us a discontinued carrier unit....they installed it.....damaged the ceiling opening (which i had to repair).....one month later...middle of summer...the new unit blows up...there were no replacement units...anywhere in the us.....so they had to install a rescue motor......bottom line....HUGE HASSLE....they offered a free 10 year service contract as compensation...HERE is the kicker...called their service dept....guess what? they don't have a service dept anymore....i know this because another neighbor who had marlin install their ac and who was having problems..called and was informed they no longer had a service dept....so i guess our service contract is worthless.....Also...apparently marlin installed a bunch of units in our sub division because i have talked to several neighbors who have had major issues with improper and substandard ac installation......in summary....DO NOT choose this company...you will be sorry...
