Nobody can beat B3! I needed to replace my 20+ yo HVAC system.
After really long extensive research of local contractors I've decided to
work with B3. It was great decision. I've received best quote on 4 ton Trane from Zeke and the next day crew of 2(Ramon and Jaime) showed up at 7am to install the unit. 3 hours later!!! project was complete. Zeke checked the whole system and everything worked like a Swiss watch. I'm so glad I went with B3 and therefore highly recommend them! I have used them severally and have always been very pleased with their work. The technicians are very professional, personable, and always provide recommendations if you need them.They are a very honest company. I would not use any other company.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Eric was great. I tried the DIY fix to our Trane AC unit but that didn't work out. Called Eric, he got the part, and fixed it under 30 mins. Super fair, easy to work with, highly recommended.

We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.
