We have used Mountain AC for our air conditioning needs since 2013 when they replaced our aging/failing AC unit. This year our AC unit began making noise one afternoon in late June and by evening it struggled to cool our home. We called Dave the next day and he had a crew out within 24 hours. They had all the necessary replacement parts with them to fix our AC and completed the job in an hour. Such quick and efficient service in the middle of summer in Arizona was very much appreciated. Thank you Mountain AC for always taking good care of us!

A big thanks to the team at A/C&R for the installation of a new Trane Unit on our home. They sold us our last unit twenty years ago and were our first choice when it was time to replace it. They gave us a package price that included removal and disposal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Mindy, Tony, and David did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop during the process and met every commitment they made. We will continue to use them for regular maintenance for the new unit and hopefully will get 20 years out of this one as well. Thanks again!

We bought a new ac unit from abc, and couldn't be happier. We shopped around and they by far had the best price. We keep or house at 60° all night even in the summer and our electric bill still dropped by about 75% (which was enough to cover the payment for most of the year). Best decision ever to go with abc.

This was our second time using this company to repair our aging system. For both visits, Drew made it out the same day and was easily able to identify the issue and complete the repairs, and also provided a quote that can’t be beat to replace our system when the time comes around (it’s nearly 20 years old)! Don was an excellent technician. Took time to explain everything that he was doing, was very easy to talk to and provided plenty of opportunity for me to decide certain repairs myself while also offering to do them for me if I was satisfied with the price for his labor and the convenience of his truck having the part right then and there. I would look forward to Don being the technician again.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.

Arizona Pro Service did an amazing job for us as we installed a new ac unit and new ducting. From the very start of the project they were prompt, efficient, knowlegable and competent. They are clean workers, polite and friendly. On the admin side they provided a detailed quote and their price is highly competitive. This is a truly professional company that offers a superlative and unparalleled service. Our whole project was conducted without a single hitch. We highly recommend.

First time this company came out, Mike, the service guy was unable to fix the heat. He did say it was fixed and was only here 10 minutes but no heat was working. I called and complained and the general manager came out with another service worker for about an hour and a half and fixed my heat. It turned out to be the thermostat after he checked and was able to replace it but gave no reason as to why Mike said nothing was wrong.

Larson Air Conditioning was professional and friendly from start to finish. Making an appointment was a breeze (no pun intended) and there was confirmation when the technicians were on their way. They were honest with me about the issue (noisy A/C) and the few possible solutions that existed- in the end we agreed that it was fine as is. They checked out the cooling system inside the house as well, and told me all was in good shape. I appreciated the honest and friendly service.
