Preferred Air do the job very well and they are very personable. They know what they are doing. I love these guys. They installed our Bosch heat pumps and now they are servicing them.

Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

Heater broke down at the end of last year, Adam came out and gave me a quote for a new system. In less than a week everything was ordered, arrived and was installed. The whole process was quick and easy. Very professional answered any questions i had. System has been working perfect for 3 months since it was installed, now enjoying the A/C part of it.

Leo was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. I didn't feel like he was there to just sell me something, He took his time and was very professional. I recommend American Home Water and Air to anybody who wants to know they're system is in the best hands. It's refreshing to find a company who stands behind their work and offers the quality I expect.

Our A.C. went out on a 3 day weekend and after being told we probaby wont even hear from anyone till Thursday we were not looking forward to the heat but Shane called us on Monday (even though they were closed) and was out at our house on Tuesday to get us up and going again. We thank Shane and the entire company of A/C Works for getting us taken care of so quickly. THANK YOU SHANE!!!!! Will only recomend these guys from here on

Matt D. was amazing. He did a great job on the maintenance check. We also had an issue that needed to be fixed. He was patient, taught us about the issue and why we probably want to fix it and most importantly wasn’t pushy.He was friendly and helpful. Hopefully we get Matt D. for every maintenance check.

Paid for emergency service $147.00 non-refundable fee on Friday 8/6 and was told new air compressor needed to be fixed. I had to contact Howard Air on 8/7 for next steps to get it fixed, they did not call me. Was told by lady on 8/7 she would contact me on 8/9 to schedule when a/c could be fixed and take my credit card. Was never contacted on 8/9 or 8/10 by lady after she knew our unit was not working at all. Highly recommend to not use Howard Air!

Update: Even though it says someone would contact me, as of 8/16/21 nobody from Howard Air ever contacted me. Very disappointing.

Last Tuesday morning, we called this company for a repairing service because our unit was having a system issue. Yossi was their technician who repaired our unit. He made it excellently and made it like a brand-new one. You guys totally nailed it in doing heating ac repair at our house. Great Job, Yossi! Keep it up! We urge everyone to use this company!

Crispy Air is a vendor for American Home Shield warranty. I chose not to replace my compressor on my older unit and instead replace the entire unit with another company. I’m glad I did because after one week they still hadn’t submitted their diagnosis to AHS so I could get their cash out offer submitted. I guess they knew they weren’t getting the job so it took 5 calls and over one week to finally get them to submit the required paperwork. Poor customer service on both of them.

I've been in this business for 20 months, and I'm always impressed by the level of service that provides. They are always on time and make sure the job is done right the first time around. I highly recommend them!
