Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. Benjamin was our technician and he does outstanding work! A week ago, Ben came out on a Saturday with short notice and repaired a worrisome shower leak that we were concerned might cause water damage. Thanks to Ben, the shower is now working great and has not dropped a drip since...and best of all, there is no water damage! I was so impressed that we called Ben back this week to work on another plumbing project that needed attention. I could not be happier with Ben and Reddi Services. Shout out also deserves to go to their dispatch staff, Ellie and Carlotta, who were very pleasant to deal with on the phone and who always let me know ahead of time when Ben was on his way!
