I had another company out that inspected my units and found a couple of issue items. They were trying to suck me into a 5 year service contract with waiving the costs of the repairs. On line the reviews of customers all said they had the similar experience and every year that company found more issues and more costs. I reached out to Tom with Mountainside from a friends referral. He responded immediately and did a no cost second opinion. They did the repairs that were needed (Less than what the other company had quoted) no pressure to repair or use them and no pressure to lock into any contracts. Professional, Clean, took time to explain issues and findings. Will use Mountainside from here on out.

We are so grateful we found Circulate HVAC! We purchased a historical fixer upper that had no heating system and relied on space heaters. We spoke with three companies who quoted very high costs for installing a radiant heat system - the costs were tough to swallow given it included no solution for air conditioning. Derek listened to our concerns (about functionality and aesthetics), and came up with a solution to run ductwork (a challenge I think few others would undertake in our house), and install a dual heat pump and gas furnace system that will provide central heating and cooling. On top of this, we had a tight timeline for the work, and Derek fit us in and completed the work on schedule. The pricing was competitive, and Derek and his team were always professional, respectful, pleasant to have around, and always kept everything clean and tidy. The work itself was done beautifully. We've been using our new system for about 3 weeks and everything is working great, and Derek has personally reached out to check in. Needed to replace the 5 ton air conditioner after 13 years. Estimates were all over the road. Some competitive. Others were blatant theft.

I did not go with the lowest estimate, which was only by $300. I decided based on the level of inspection and determination of my needs by the estimator, who was German. I needed work done on my system and I needed proper installation and I got it all with Cardinal.

I got a great price @ $4,625 out the door for a 5 ton Goodman 14 seer. This included new air handler, duct work, new pan and straps (a lot of work in my attic) and proper install of condenser & heat pump and hook up.

Now I have a new warranty, new pads for my unit and it runs quiet at night so I can sleep.

I encourage you to allow Cardinal to come to your home and give you an estimate. I did.

They explained and showed me what the issue was and what steps they took to fix it. I really appreciate great customer service & prompt knowledgeable service, and this company exemplifies just that.

I have used Cooling Men for several years now and I love them. These cooling sheets are perfect for when you're on the go. Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

Sean (Hughner) did a whole house water system maintenance, including RO filters replacement, water softener checkup, and water heater drainage. He also did a measurement to the house water pressure. Very impressed by his professional manner, friendliness, knowledge, and articulate explanations to all the queries I had.

Safety check after all smoke / carbon monoxide detectors alarming. Fire department confirmed carbon monoxide present . Newman Commercial Refrigeration came out within a few hours to check system. Very professional. Would strongly recommend Newman Commercial Refrigeration.
