Best Heating System Repair in Phoenix AZ

I called Preferred Air around 8pm July 24th. They came out within 1.5 hours. I have used them before and was impressed with their service and office staff. My unit had a motor that was dead. We decided to buy a new one, it was time. They was more than happy to do repairs! They gave us several options and the one they recommended wasn’t even the most expensive unit. On Thursday morning they came out with two free loaner units to tide us over till the installation on Friday. Friday they came out, laid a foundation to keep my floor clean and went to work to get my new ac set up. The office called after the install to check in and they even sent someone to do the minor dry wall repair from their install. Last company made a huge hole and left us to fend for ourselves to find someone to do drywall repair. Preferred Air is the most thorough company my husband and I have worked with. They are the company to call when you really want to trust that someone will be honest and have integrity. They are about awesome customer service. Call them you won’t be disappointed.

Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Even though this was covered under our home warranty, the price was reasonable. Thanks to our experience with Mark, I highly recommend this company.

I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. Update: I had just gotten a personal call from the owner to see what was wrong with the service and was advised how the unit could've gone out and that the service was given full effort. He even offered to come back and fix it and let me know that I could reach out if the unit needed further repair after the next technician came out.

Water Softener repair. The technician was very courteous and friendly. He was able to diagnose and repair the equipment quickly.

Shane came out that and was able to fix our AC. Great individual, very knowledgeable and outgoing. Really glad the home warranty contracts with him.

A new Lennox AC / heat pump was installed this year. The fan blower is designed to run (with Fan ON) on a low speed until the cooling or heating cycle comes on, and then it shifts into high speed. I wanted the fan to run at the same sounding speed all the time, since when the cooling mode cycles off at night the change in fan sound from high to low wakes me up. The only AC service provider in the valley who knew how to fix this problem was Dial One Mears. The Manager called Lennox, got all the details and fixed the problem without violating the warranty. Now I only get woken up if the power goes out in a storm via APS.

Professional, honest and extremely hard working. Replaced a very old cast iron drain pipe from the kitchen, due to a crack. Provided best solution to replacement issues, to sustain a long-term fix. Excellent job and would highly recommend and use again.
