Best And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

So disappointed. I paid around $1000 to get two outlets installed (lol I know, but I was sure that because it was expensive and a well known company I wouldn’t get myself in a bad position in case something went wrong, that there was assurance to fix a potential problem). So the guy came, didn’t take long at all to install the outlets, and when it was done the drywall was caved in and it looks terrible. No offer to fix it or discount me, and my boyfriend was the one who paid him because I was sick in bed which is a problem in itself that he let a man who is obviously not me ‘okay’ it when I’m the one who paid for it. (I was also annoyed with my boyfriend for this but you know how men are- he had the attitude of ‘I can fix it’ and it didn’t happen like that because of the complexity of the damage). So now I have to get someone else out here to fix it, causing me more time and money, when I thought since I was going through a ‘reputable’ business this wouldn’t have happened in the first place, or they would at least be on top of fixing this for me. Who walks away from work they did that they aren’t proud to show? Obviously these people. Everyone else who values their work doesn’t leave the job with something looking bad. Imagine if your contractor, wedding planner, even hairdresser does that. I chose to go with a bigger company than a small one or an independent worker because I figured it would have meant their business standard would be higher.

I called today to check on a potential candidate that we interviewed at our air conditioning company. I spoke with the owner Larvell, and he was honest and upfront with the two questions that I had for him. I appreciate your help, Sir.

We had Todd come out to do maintenance check on May 2, 2018. He said our 10 year old unit was completely shot and recommended bandaid repairs for 1000.00 or new unit for 9800.00. We had not had any problems. He said compressor would start running, not turn off and not blow cool air. The next day all of the above happened. Our home warranty tech came out, said nothing wrong with unit, but a wire had been pulled out of unit and if no one had been in attic, we could draw our own conclusions. Have had no problems since. We feel we have been taken advantage of and have been told twice that management would contact us, to no avail.

A/C went out over the weekend. George from Air Control showed up early to set appointment on Monday morning. The fix was quick and reasonably priced. Professional. Prompt. Courteous. Reasonable. He's our guy!

I had interviewed many A/C companies before selecting Preferred Air for new system installation. I am pleased with my decision. My needs were heard and addressed well. We did experience supply chain issues that delayed my installation but I was well informed every step of the way. When it was my time (2021), the process was smooth and effective. This year I feel relief after replacing my 25+ year old unit. New unit (gas pack) runs great and purchase includes 2 visits a year to checkup. Great start of new relationships. I feel like i am in good hands. Thank you Daniel, Fernando and Samantha!!!

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. The technicians went above and beyond to help us. They have offered to come back as many times as needed to ensure my HVAC system works as intended. Our A.C. went out on a 3 day weekend and after being told we probaby wont even hear from anyone till Thursday we were not looking forward to the heat but Shane called us on Monday (even though they were closed) and was out at our house on Tuesday to get us up and going again. We thank Shane and the entire company of A/C Works for getting us taken care of so quickly. THANK YOU SHANE!!!!! Will only recomend these guys from here on

My home and business have used this local Sunnyslope service for 4 decades plus. i am now retired and no longer in business but would recommend their professionalism and honest prompt service.

I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

Scheduled maintenance was easy to schedule and I didn't have to wait more than 4-5 day's for the tech to come to our home.

Amazing customer service! Came and helped my family and I out at 9PM and got our AC back up and running on a super hot night. Fast responding and excellent service would highly recommend! Daniel is amazing!

We use Five Star for all of our HVAC needs. We were referred by word of mouth and bought 2 A/C units a little over a year ago. Tim sold us the units and Tony and Ashley installed the units. Everyone was very polite and professional. The install was on time. We couldn't be happier with these Ion units, they work great and we saved a ton of money on our electricity bill this past summer. We had a couple mishaps with programming the thermostat and the drip pan. Each time we called, the office was very responsive and sent a technician over to address the issue and fix it immediately. Tony, Ashley, and Chuck have all been here on repairs and have been awesome to work with. I highly recommend Five Star for all your HVAC needs.

Today, this company provided me with an exceptional repair service. Their technician was very knowledgeable, personable, and upfront as he addressed my maintenance for central ac and dryer vent cleaning. He didn't try to upsell me and gave me some advice on maintaining the good working condition of my system. Thank you very much!

My ac went out and called my home warranty company and was waiting for a fight to have them cover anything, something for the repair. My home warranty company sent out LaRon from Teflon cooling and heating. He said the whole unit was done and needed to be replaced. I said to myself, here comes the fighting with my home warranty company!! LaRon submited his evaluation and report to my home warranty on Friday evening. On Saturday morning i got an email from my warranty company saying my cousin was APPROVED!! No push back from them and best of all no fighting with the warranty company!! LaRon and his crew on Wednesday morning at the time he said they would be here and started the install on a warm Phoenix morning. They finished up about 2pm, so about s total of 6 his installing. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house in tact lol and most of all, i had nice cold air blowing!! I will refer Teflon cooling and heating and LaRon to anyone who needs AC services!!! Thank you so much LaRon and your crew and Teflon air and cooling for your professionalism, courtesy, install and for getting my home warranty to pay for the whole ac replacement.
