Thomas is a gem. He was able to detect my water leak quickly. The work he completed was well done. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout his time on the job.

We realized the crew arrived nearly 20 minutes before the Sales representative's expected start time. The crew greeted us at 7:00 a.m., went over the work order with us, and asked if we had any questions. They answered all of our questions and gave us a plan out goal for the rest of the day. After getting a feel for the layout, the crew split up and conquered. They did an amazing job!! I highly recommend Goliath Mechanical to anyone in need!!!

We have used George Brazil for years. Mike Jolly is a great AC guy and was happy with his quick response to fix our AC on a saturday in July with high temps around 110F.

George has been fantastic he worked on my house in Tempe 6000 sqft. with 4 AC units. He worked on New construction installation, ducting installation, repair and also installed a split system that controls the family room and the tandem garage. I recommend George with Air Control he can do it all .

I received several quotes for getting an AC unit on my home. I decided to get a quote from Preferred Air as my brothers had their unit replaced by them earlier in the year, and they were very happy with them. Daniel, one of the owners, was the only company where the owner came out to give me the estimate; they were the only company where one of the owner’s came out to complete my estimate. Also, Daniel was the only one to ask me questions about the current cooling of my home, went on the roof and looked at the current unit, and went in my attic. I choose to go with Preferred Air based on the stellar reviews, my brothers’ recommendation, and Daniel’s suggestions for other things that could help keep my home cooler. My entire experience with Preferred Air was way above and beyond my expectations. Daniel and Samantha, the office manager, were both very responsive and helpful prior to getting my AC installed. On the day of installation, the team was on time, very professional. In addition, when Daniel had done his estimate, I had mentioned how you can feel heat coming in from my front windows, even though they are dual pane when he was asking me questions. He suggested a very reasonably priced solution of solar screen sunshades for my front windows. They are an amazing product as you can no longer feel the heat when you are in the rooms and near the window. My house is so much more comfortable now to be in. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with Preferred Air; they are truly a great company to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their air conditioner replaced.

No need to explain actually because we've been on the phone multiple times If I was able to post the recordings of the phone calls I would have but the recordings are there I would definitely appreciate it if you would stop calling my phone though

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

We called today and they got us an appt. between 12pm-4pm. Our water heater went out, and Covid has made it hard to get parts, Welp Michael B. Totally saved the day!! He got to us at 12pm and gave us the down low, we would need a new one due to corrosion in several areas. Thank God financing was available, this guy even cancelled his plans to get it done tonight, and that he did! Hopefully you will get him, and experience his good nature and skills, he was so quiet and made sure everything was working properly, clean etc. The entire process was so calm it really cut our panic level. His timing? Amazing!! Right when he got our old one out the bottom fell out-Yikes!! THANK YOU PATRICK RILEY!!

From the first call to when the technician left Howard Air has been WONDERFUL! Scott Bird is so knowledgeable about anything A/C related. He was great and patient with us as we decided to get a new unit for our home. John or technician was so nice and answered all of our questions. We can not wait to get our new unit in. So glad though that Howard Air has a program that will temporarily fix your not working A/C until the new one comes in. I will not have to have a hot house until the new unit arrives and is installed. Thank you Howard Air!

We had an AC emergency! Our AC stopped working on a Sunday in the hot Arizona summer! We tried repairing on our own, even driving over an hour to get parts however that didn’t work. This company responded right away, gave us a fair quote and showed up in the time frame they told us. Highly recommend their services!

The service was great! I had 2 new ac units installed. Completed the job on time, cleaned up after themselves Everyone that came to my house was very nice and professional. Made sure all products were working and I was satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a problem with my air handler and called Guadalupe AC Repair for assistance. Their team was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and efficiently, and they even took the time to explain how to properly maintain my air handler to prevent future problems. I was very satisfied with the service they provided and would definitely use them again in the future.
