Best Our Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I bought a HVAC unit from GB 6 months ago and was promised priority complimentary VIP warrantee service for the first few years.I made my 6 month appointment well in advance. Regretfully they canceled my appointment and could only reschedule for a week later... then today......they delayed my appointment by 4 hours. So, from a scheduling perspective.... they have not provided the priority service I expected.Tristan, my service technician who came today was by far the best employee I've encountered with George Brazil. He was very professional and respectful and truly made me feel like I was a valued customer. He took time to speak with me to understand my perception on how the unit was working and answered the questions I had.Later, Tristin made sure I fully understood the step by step process he was taking to clean and service my unit and texted me videos reviewing the condition of my unit as he went along. It was clear that he took pride in his work. I honestly can't say enough good things about Tristin, it was a pleasure to work with him.

I received many quotes, but none as professional as Daniels. I did not choose the cheapest quote, but the one I felt was presented the best and really addressed my concerns with the failed unit and my existing still functioning HVAC system. From the initial quote, replacing an entire HVAC system, intake grills, returns and registers, to maintenance on my old still working system Daniel and his team did fantastic work. My only complaint would be price, but inflationary pressures brought around during the pandemic were to blame for that. The new system works great and is far more efficient. Highly recommend Preferred Air.

First heating and air contractor I have used in Az. Ryan came out same day I called about getting a quote. He was very friendly and straightforward. He gave me the best quote of all four quotes I got. And he was no pressure and no upsell tactics. Ryan and his guys showed up at my house right on time , if not early and got whole job done quickly and efficiently. Thay did exactly everything he said he would and put everything back together well and cleaned up nicely. He even had a guy that came about an hour and hauled away the old unit and components ,etc. Ryan’s installers were friendly and very professional. Ryan came back at the end and checked everything out also. I will use Comfort Experts from now on only. I only wish they did plumbing too so I could call them for that. These are

After several frustrating experiences with bigger companies, we were finally connected with Adam and FN Air and Heating. This is what professionalism and customer service is supposed to look and feel like! Adam went above and beyond what was needed to make sure our system was up and running and we were happy. Adam earned our buisness going forward! FN Air & Heat might not be the cheapest ( although I’m sure they're close ) but having grown up here in the Valley, I can say they are the best I've experienced. Give 'em a try and you'll think so too!

UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Price was fair and he even followed up to see how things were working the next day. A plumber with integrity. Thanks Better Place - thanks Scott

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

I've previously employed this excellent company to maintain the air conditioning at my place of employment. If there was a problem with the heating system, they reacted quickly. My greatest suggestion is for them.

Nathan was very quick and took care of an issue with our thermostat that another repairman couldn't even detect. He arrived within an hour of my call! Wonderful service

I have been a client of Bill Warlock for over 5 years, new installation and service. This week at 114 degrees I had trouble with my AC unit and Bill came out the same day for a checkup and diagnostic.
