We contacted AirZona along with 3 other contractors to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Gerald (AirZona owner) arrived at the designated time, inspected our existing system, and went over their proposed system and pricing. He was very personable and explained the items in terms that we could understand. We went with AirZona on the spot, based on Gerald's explanations.

The installation process was just as smooth. Again, Gerald arrived with the installation crew, and they were all professional, courteous, and very friendly. The installation took the entire day, but the crew each worked on tasks that minimized any unnecessary delay, and didn’t seem to mind the questions I had during the process.

Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!

AC unit suddenly stopped cooling on a Sunday Morning. Called Proskill and Leonardo came out a few hours later. Got it repaired and cooling very quickly. We were extremely impressed and pleased. Leonardo was professional and thorough. So glad we called Proskill Services. Highly recommend them!

I was initially disappointed with the post-installation support I received from Larson. They had done a fantastic job of helping me pick out a new AC unit and then installing it. However, the installation caused a very disruptive strobe light reflection to go through a significant portion of my home. Ulises and his team did a great job installing my mini split system. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! They also do repairs and are very knowledgeable on diagnosing and addressing the problem.
