We are in a new house (under a year old) and I wanted them to come in and assess the work done prior to our 1 Home warranty expiring. Chapman is awesome! Our furnace wouldn't work. My wife called another company that diagnosed our problem to be a broken heat exchanges, motor, and pressure switch. They recommended buying a new furnace. I called Power Ranch AC Repair for a second opinion late on Friday afternoon. Clarkson came over and determined that it was a failed board. He put in a temporary fix so that we could have heat thru the night and had one of his guys come first thing Saturday morning to install the replacement board. He called after the installation to ensure everything was working fine. Now that's what I call customer service! I highly recommend him this ac heating repair!!
