Daniel Hernandez with Preferred Air are amazing! When setting up the appointment, they give you reminders ahead of time. Also, the day of the appointment, the AC Tech guy, in our case was Daniel, would call ahead of time to let us know that they were on their way. When we had a question about our appointment, when we called for some information prior to our appointment, Samantha was just amazing and friendly! We definitely recommend preferred air.

The only thing that concerned me a little was the fact that 2 screws were left out of panel on outside unit. Air conditioning is working great, but panel should have been replaced properly!

If you need anything related to A/C, USE ACCUTEMP! They installed
a wine room refrigeration system for us and more than a year later it stopped working. When they came out they said it had not been installed correctly and completely redid it at no cost, including repairs to the house from the leaks. What company does that?? When we replaced 2 A/C units we went to AccuTemp and got the same great service. They have worked tirelessly to make the air flow perfect. The guys who come out are employees not contractors and we see the same respectful, skilled people year after year. Can't say enough about this quality company.

Proskill Services did an exceptional job installing two new Trane 16 sear HVAC Air Conditioners and matching two new twinned Trane furnaces at our home. In addition Proskill did an outstanding job removing our old water heater/ boiler and installing a new Navien tankless water heater. Tim Timmons was the lead plumber from Proskill who did the installation of the Navien tankless water heater. Tim Timmons offered excellent customer service and was masterful in reworking the water recirculation and special venting of the tankless water heater. Mike Cornwall the plumbing supervisor personally came to ensure that an excellent job was done. David Brown was the supervisor of the installation of the new Trane furnaces and HVAC air conditioners and was very innovative reworking the twinning of the two systems and reworking of the ductwork. David Brown is an exceptional HVAC expert and very exacting in his technical skills. David Brown did a phenomenal job and we are very appreciative. Nathan Laidlaw was a lead Technician on this installation of the furnaces. Nathan was an extremely hard working and dedicated technician and went over and above in his efforts to do an outstanding job on a very challenging installation where old ductwork in a confined enclosed space needed reworking and replacement in order for the new furnaces to fit in the small furnace room. An exceptional, neat, clean and very professional installation. All of the plumbing and HVAC technicians and supervisors were extremely personable and likable and delivered excellent customer service and were so very considerate of our needs. We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy decision to go with Scott. He was able to fix the problem without putting a hole in our floor. We are very satisfied with Scott and can easily recommend him to others.

Layton came out to the house and fixed an issue that we’ve been having since we purchased the home. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it fixed in a very short amount of time.

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.

He came in and checked everything to see what was wrong with AC. Ordered part and will be back to install it
