Daniel Hernandez with Preferred Air are amazing! When setting up the appointment, they give you reminders ahead of time. Also, the day of the appointment, the AC Tech guy, in our case was Daniel, would call ahead of time to let us know that they were on their way. When we had a question about our appointment, when we called for some information prior to our appointment, Samantha was just amazing and friendly! We definitely recommend preferred air.

Love these guys and could not be more happy with my service. Single mom and have 2 ac units. One went out last year and after 2 bids quoting close to $10,000 because my units were to old for replacement parts, Ryan came out and did find a replacement at 1/4 of the cost quoted by others. Definitely honest and upfront about everything. This year my other unit went out on a Saturday, called at 9:00am and Ryan was again over by 1:00pm and ac was back up and running within an hour. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I love this company. I am a senior citizen and Richard and Greg that have come out to fix my air conditioner and now my heater have been so nice and respectful toward me. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Had a major plumbing clog.They located the block on day one in about 5 hours, and came back the next day, jack hammered out the concrete and repaired the pipe the next day. They also offered to replace my PRV for $410 and rebuild a running toilet for 340.00. Ridiculous prices. I didn't have them do those two jobs, but I did need them to finish the repair and that was $3900.00!!!! For 10 hours work???? When we questioned it the answer was they are a national company with high overhead.. What the owner owns a helicopter and 6 houses??? Really Patrick Riley??? No plumbing company is worth that!! Next time, the local guys get my business!

Stephen showed up as scheduled, looked proper, used booties to walk in and asked about the issue. He then went on the roof to access the damaged equipment, removed it, told me the plan to get it serviced and advised me he’d call when it was corrected and ready for reinstall.

During the hottest day of the year I called several AC companies to service of AC unit, everyone had weeks wait. I called Aguilar services, they understood the urgency and came out the next day in morning. Very professional, they got our unit running in no time.
Secondly, the owner was very professional and gave us correct advice on leak check. Highly recommend them, reasonably priced and owners come out themselves. :))

Saul was our HVAC technician. He showed up on time and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was very professional and gave me his honest and professional opinion on things that needed to be repaired/replaced and thing he advised that can wait another season before being replaced.

AirZona HVAC recently replaced our residential HVAC unit. Our experience with AirZona was first rate from the time we called for a bid through installation. Not only were they the most price competitive, buy they were timely and did exactly what they said they would do. The owner, Gerald, kept us well informed throughout the quoting process and during installation. Since this residence is our vacation home, we were absent during most of the project. Our family has used Mountain A/C for maintenance and a few repairs on an old unit. They are always kind and prompt and get the job done quickly and for a very fair price. Well, the unit died in June...hottest day of the year. Mountain A/C got us up and running while we waited for a new unit. Our new A/C was installed within days, right on time! It's a big financial impact when these break, but Mountain A/C, again, is very fair and knowledgeable and gets the job done so we can go about being comfortable in our home when it feels like a billion degrees outside. Highly recommend this company!

This was our first time using Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and I'm so glad that we called them! They answered our call right away and sent a knowledgeable tech out to our dance studio business in the West Valley. They did a thorough job servicing our HVAC. The tech explained to us what he did and that our equipment was back and working 100%! We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future for sure.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!
