Today was a great experience with Larvell , the technician who came out to do a routine check on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time, and explained everything he saw in terms of the units. Since we have wood floors, I appreciated him taking the time to cover his shoes before entering our house. Just before the Christmas holiday, our 12 year old York started having a burning electrical smell coming through the vents. Thankfully I purchased a VIP service plan 2 years ago for peace of mind. To err on the side of caution it was decided to replace the 12 year old 4 ton York with a new 5 ton York. Not the expense one wants at the end of the year but thankfully it wasn’t summer. Charlie has been my service tech and I’m glad we decided up upgrade. Took about 2 days to get the new unit ordered, delivered and installed. Very satisfied with this experience.

Daniel is litterally the best after 5 ACS techs coming out. He fixed it immediately and without any extra costs other than diagnostic. Very professional and prompt.

Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

I've been using Dan, the holy grail of a/c techs: master certified, self employed, super honest and very reasonable. When he told me he was retiring, I went into a panic. Most of my previous experiences with a/c service companies was not good. Fortunately, he did refer me to Dial One Mears. I called for a noisy compressor and seasonal tune up; they were out to my house the next day (on time), and Clarence (my tech) was exceptionally professional, polite and thorough. He identified and remedied the vibration noise, serviced and cleaned both units and replaced a worn contact switch. In and out in about three hours, all for a reasonable charge. Dan's retirement is safe. I'll be using Mears from here on.

My AC Unit went out unexpectedly late on Friday night. I called various places Saturday as soon as I got home from work but many were closed and the after hour ones were very pricey. Then I stumbled on Aguilar A/C & Heating. It's a shame they wernt toward the top of the list in my search for nearby A/C repair because it was already evening by the time I found them. Daniel came out within an hr and a half of calling him, inspected the A/C Unit and was able to replace the component that had broken. He gave me tidbits of things to look out for with it and everything took 20 minutes tops. Now it's Sunday morning and I'm sitting in my chilled home super grateful for the reliableness, affordableness, friendliness and efficiency of Aguilar A/C. I highly recommend them!
