They were able to save our engineered hardwood floors in the office and master. Their crew was always on time, they all wore masks. I would highly recommend this company. Jakob was amazing. Our home inspector discovered a water line leak that had flooded our 6,000 sq ft home. Within 30 minutes of discovery and our call to him, Robert had cleanup people on site. He immediately pulled workers from other jobs and began water cleanup. His crew(s) worked countless hours on a huge job including working over the weekend.
Robert was a godsend. My wife and I were 1,000 miles away and in absolute shock. Robert settled our anxiety on a daily basis while answering our questions and proving us with a steady stream of information and photos. Robert was highly competent and very sympathetic.

Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

Big rain and wind from Monsoon in Apache Junction. A leak somewhere on the roof & as a result the ceiling fell in my guest room. The room was covered with very wet Insulation and ceiling pieces. I called Venturi at about 9 am and Tim arrived about 2pm. He cleaned up the room and installed 3 heat fans to dry the room. He came back to check the room the following 3 days (calling before he came) & finally it was dry enough to take the fans away. The following steps will be with the insurance company. I do want to thank Tim for being very knowledgeable and professional during this stressful time. He even told me to call him at any time if I had any problems when he was not at my home. I had spoken to Amie who was very professional and understood my concern about the lack of insulation in my attic. I was told by another company that I had no insulation in my attic which was very concerning to me. Amie sent Sean out who took a look in the attic land discovered there was 14 inches of insulation throughout the attic. I had plenty of it. The other company was just trying to get one over on an elderly couple. Thank you Amie! I will contact your company whenever something needs to done at my home.

They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. Josh and his team (Andrew and Nathan) were able to come out same-day to evaluate the water damage we had and provided a written quote within 24 hours that I was able to provide to our insurance. Josh was available to answer any of our questions and was very patient and communicative while we were working through things with our insurance company. We ended up using another contractor for our job as it was more comprehensive than we originally thought. But would definitely recommend ASAP Restoration based on professionalism and communication alone! Hope I never need to use them in the future, but if I do they will be my first call.
