We had a very difficult and messy water leak under our kitchen sink, which meant a challenging project. We ended up replacing everything in the path of the leak - cabinet, drains, countertops and even the kitchen sink! It turned out beautiful. Cesar did a great job of managing expectations, communicating and even following up after the job was over to touch up on some things to make us 110% satisfied.

I recently had a fire in my home, and I was completely overwhelmed by the damage. Thankfully, I called this restoration company, and they were a lifesaver! Their team was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate and they worked tirelessly to restore my home to its former glory. Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

We called ASAP due to some visible mold we found in a rental unit after an old pipe had started leaking in a wall. They sent someone out in less than 24 hours and sent us a very detailed report of the severity of the mold found, with proper remediation protocol. It ended up helping us get out of our lease without a fight from our property management at all.

Josh took all of my concerns very seriously, was helpful, gracious, and very easy to work with.

I would definitely recommend ASAP to anyone looking for fast, quality service!

Thank you Christian Brothers Restoration for bringing back my home which was impossible to restore. They were respectful, hardworking, and responsible when it came to restoring my home. They knew what they were doing, how they were going to do it, and were honest through throughout the project. If you have any mold, bacteria, or even experience a tremendous disaster like me they are the ones to call. You will not regret them and they will make your home look better than new!

Only gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t give them more. Terrific service from start to finish. We suffered a major pipe bursting at 5:30 pm the Friday before Christmas; two inches of water throughout the house. Within 3 hours they had a crew out to start the cleanup process. They were there until 1:30 am and back every day until all the water had been vacuumed up. They packed and stored everything in the house and continued the remediation process until the house was dry and mold free. They then brought all our possessions and unpacked them exactly where they had been-including clothing and pictures. Great work, communication, punctuality; everything you could ask for.

I was so relieved to come across such a great company that truly took the time to work with me throughout the entire process. We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.
