Best Roof Leak Repair in Phoenix AZ

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

They gave me an estimate in Spring 2022 to replace both the flat & tiled parts of my roof. The tile, however, was unavailable due to supply chain delays related to the pandemic. They started my roof Oct. 3rd, and I am delighted with the whole experience. They cleaned up EVERYTHING daily, were early every day, worked like crazy in the blistering still 100+ degree heat, were polite & pleasant, and stuck by the original estimate despite having to replace ALL my plywood because mine was rotted throughout! They even returned a few days later to build up a portion of my flat roof for better drainage to prevent pooling! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Lyon’s Roofing for helping an old chick raising her young grandson out!
