I'm currently going through a rebuild process at my home due to water damage that occurred just before Christmas. I expected delays due to the holidays and the process of selecting a general contractor to perform the job. I selected Az Fire & Water due to their reputation and on-line reviews, so far I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and their punctuality, they are always here when they say they are going to be here and even though I had to wait longer than I wanted for them to start the actual rebuild process I really appreciated the fact they were up front with me about how long the whole process would take and so far they have been right on the money with their scheduling. Recently I had Mario out at my place doing the drywall repair, and painting and was not only impressed with how quickly he got the job done but also the quality of work he did; you would have never been able to tell that anything happened with the areas he repaired. In addition, Mario was very nice & polite and I enjoyed our conversations during the 2 days he was working on my Kitchen and living room.

Not only are they the best at what they do, they are incredibly responsive, communicate well, and have the client's best interest at heart. I had a flood in my house because a couple of pipes burst so WMF came out very quickly and they were at my home for about five hours to get everything set up. They were good as it can be when your house floods and they came every day until we are satisfied. They were super nice. Everything was great.

Initially I had started with a different company whom apparently just wanted a check, it was very stressful dealing with them. A friend recommended Restoration 1, I KID U NOT - AS SOON AS THEY SHOWED UP I FELT RELIEVED! Jorge and his crew were AMAZING from start to finish, Stellar communication skills and fantastic Customer Service.

We had a (small) fire around the electric panel in our garage. The entire electric panel had to be replaced, which resulted in several large holes and missing panels in the dry wall. In addition, there was a small amount of smoke damage on the surrounding walls.

Our insurance company recommended Belfor to do the repairs. Felicia Packey first came out to review the scope of the job and give an estimate. Chad John was the project manager on the job. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. The repairs look perfect. The dry wall has been patched, texturized, and painted very skillfully. One would never know that we had a fire in that area. We are quite happy with the job that Belfor did for us!

They were fast to respond and got it done quickly too.

We had a plumber come by for a leaky pipe and as soon as they came in, they immediately started talking about having a restoration company come by to fix “all the damage.” They hadn’t even looked at anything yet so the hard push to their preferred restoration company was a big red flag.

I opted to hop online and call a different restoration company, one that the plumber had not referred, and am so glad I did. We had really excellent communication from everyone we spoke with at ASAP, and were so grateful to get an honest assessment from someone who had our best interests in mind. We had someone at our home within a few hours (Haley), and she was great. There are a lot of companies looking to take advantage of nervous home owners, so it’s a relief to find a good and honest company.

Debi and the Puroclean team were very professional and great to work with. There is never a great time to experience fire damage but their team helped us to understand what steps to take and guided us through the process. We would definitely recommend them!
