Big rain and wind from Monsoon in Apache Junction. A leak somewhere on the roof & as a result the ceiling fell in my guest room. The room was covered with very wet Insulation and ceiling pieces. I called Venturi at about 9 am and Tim arrived about 2pm. He cleaned up the room and installed 3 heat fans to dry the room. He came back to check the room the following 3 days (calling before he came) & finally it was dry enough to take the fans away. The following steps will be with the insurance company. I do want to thank Tim for being very knowledgeable and professional during this stressful time. He even told me to call him at any time if I had any problems when he was not at my home. The completed work was done in a very timely manner, and every person who worked on my home showed much respect. Part of my home was burnt due to a fire next door. I can testify to the comfort I felt knowing that the work done to my home was done to code. Deeply appreciative.

My homeowners insurance hired them to assess damage from a water supply line that broke off a toilet. They did find and notify me of other, unrelated issues that I was going to have to fix so I was stressing about how I was going to pay for those.
They spent a lot of time measuring areas of the house that were not affected, which I told them were not.
Watch out for these people!! They do work for the insurance company. In the end, the insurance company denied the claim and left me to fix the damage out of my own pocket in addition to the unrelated issues.
I never saw the report or heard from this company again.
Wouldn’t recommend them to clean the city dump.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.
