On time, really good quality work, & very professional on both occasions, after our slight disaster & when they came back after the room was remodeled. I highly recommend you ask for Maria & her Team if you have a small or large disaster! “It’s like it never happened” is just what this Team did. All boxes were labeled & each & every one of the clothes in the closet was dry cleaned. We REALLY enjoyed having these professionals help us out!

I can't rave enough about Square One Restoration!! We did a total remodel of our 1960s era kitchen (complete with the original floor and oven). We gutted the entire thing down to the concrete.

Ryan at Square One helped us from the very beginning of the project through the last detail. He guided us through the entire process of lay-out design and choosing the materials like cabinets, hardware, flooring and counter tops. We had no idea how many tradesmen I project like this would take ,we had a ton of people come into our home for the project: masonry men come seal up an exterior door, a carpenter for the cabinets, electricians for the can lights, pendants and additional outlets we added, a plumber, and a tile guy for the floors and backsplash Ryan was an expert at keeping us aware of when different people would be arriving, what to expect, what they were going to be working on and letting us know of any changes to the schedule. His communication was extremely transparent and attentive. Also, the work space of our home was kept extremely tidy and orderly. Aside from the obvious construction zone of our kitchen, all of the different tradesmen left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day, never leaving tools or materials laying around which we really appreciated!

I must also speak to Ryan's attention to detail. When remodeling an old home, you're bound to find a few surprises. One example that came up, our drain for our sink was tiled 1/2 an inch downward, instead of 1/2 inch backward, which was causing water to sit in the line. Our other sink cabinet had a dampness we could never figure it out. This is something that someone could have easily skipped by with us being none the wiser, but Ryan informed us he was going to have a plumber come correct the issue before continuing to move forward so everything was done the way it should be. It was corrected, and everything was right back on track. I can't thank him enough for treating our home as if it was his own, and making sure everything was perfect!

We are in LOVE with how it came out, and we now can't wait to remodel another area of our home with his help!!

In February 2017, I discovered wet walls and carpet in the walk-in closet adjacent to the travertine stone tile shower in the master bath of the house I had recently purchased. My real estate agent recommend Acuity Builders as they had performed well for a client of hers. Ken Hawk and Matthew Garrett of Acuity Builders came to the house and determined that water was going through the through the stone tile and breaching all layers of waterproofing.

Matthew and Ken worked closely with us to rebuild from the water damage. The entire shower was torn down and rebuilt with new tile. From start to finish all services from selecting new materials to installation, cost and schedule performance exceeded my expectations and I would without reservation employ and recommend their company, Acuity Builders for home construction projects.

In December, my building caught fire, and while my items were minimally damaged, I was notified my couch and mattresses would HAVE to be thrown out, and I needed to work with a restoration service for the salvageable items.

After almost month dealing with another ServPro location (ServPro of Phoenix/Central Phoenix/East Phoenix), following a walkthrough, an insanely high quote (I have only $10,000 of property coverage and they quoted $15,000 for “Bric-a-brac” items alone), and delays by my insurance adjuster, I was notified by my apartment complex that I had seven days to move out my belongings or they would be thrown out.

After four days trying to get in touch with Ethan, (the manager of that location) and my calls being unreturned, they informed me they were understaffed, and could not service me until February at the earliest.

Panicking, it was suggested to me to look at another ServPro location, as each ServPro is run independently of one another. This was how I found my way to ServPro of Litchfield/West Phoenix.

Marta, the receptionist at the office, was wonderful to deal with, and helped me schedule a meeting with Eliseo, the service manager the following Tuesday. I was able to get an extension from my complex.

Eliseo and I worked with the quote the previous ServPro made, and took my budget and insurance reimbursement in mind when developing a plan of action. Working with Eliseo was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with disaster after disaster in this situation.

The next day, Nick and Hugo showed up to my apartment and helped move all of my salvageable belongings to their facility for cleaning, ozoning, and storage until we could move it into my replacement apartment.

The next Friday, Nick and Hugo returned with my belongings and helped me move them into my temporary apartment.

I have to say, Nick and Hugo were wonderful, and some of the hardest working gentlemen I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They were friendly, worked within my requests, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

All in all, if you need restoration services in Phoenix, I HIGHLY recommend ServPro of Litchfield/West Phoenix. They will make sure your job is completed exactly as you need it, when you need it. I would say they are far superior to their competition, including within the “ServPro” branding.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Excellent work environment with friendly employees who can assist you with any contracting need you may have. Recommended.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

I'm overall disappointed with my experience using Servpro Scottsdale to remediate water damage from a neighbors toilet in my bathroom. They removed the toe kick on my vanity without asking my permission as well as the art on my walls. The art was stored in my living room behind chair. Not even a mention to me first. The original team who assessed damages and installed the drying equipment were not the same people who returned the following day to reassess the progress. Of course, the new team found additional damage. In other words, another day of water damage transpired (in some areas) without remediation due to an oversight by the first responders. The project manager lacked empathy and used semantics and contradictions when attempting to explain the process and paperwork. I did not care for his style of communication whatsoever. Generally speaking, I feel the remediation process was less successful than it should have been. Communication between me and the project manager/technicians was fragmented and inconsistent. Techniques and processes were not properly explained. When I pressed for answers - there were inconsistencies abound. I do not not recommend this company and would not trust them to properly remediate water damage in the future.
