Ben Franklin Plumbing AZ was right on time, Mr. Asa was exceptional.It was a major project and he did an excellent installation of the new water heater, he was VERY nice, professional, informative, courteous and friendly to have work in the house...... I'd have him again if anything else went wrong and needed a plumber.... the work was neat, clean and done in a timely manner...... Thank you.......

They charge $65 to come out and overprice their quotes. They wanted to charge over $650 to install $40 worth of parts on a job that would have taken under 2 hours
