They got to my house in less than 30 minutes of the call. Fortunately they got there fast enough to where the structural integrity of the ceiling wasn't badly compromised from all of the water that had built up in the bathroom. The nicest part was as soon as they got there they immediately assessed the problem and how to solve it as if they've done it a hundred times before.

Our house flooded as a result of a waterleak while we were away over the Christmas holiday. We came back to a flooded master bedroom/bathroom and called them that night. They came out the very next day and began their work. In addition, we were headed to Europe for 2 weeks a couple days after coming home to the flood. They worked with our family, set up a lockbox, and provided us updates on a daily basis. We had a great overall experience and are very thankful for their work!

They responded very fast and did an excellent job repairing old water damage from an exterior door leaking and making sure it didn’t happen again. And it hasn’t through two very big rain storms. Highly recommend.

Bob Miller, project manager, headed up our restoration. After a major flood through out our home from the condo unit above us, he brought in teams of well-trained, experienced workers to complete the restoration. Lawrence, Sr. and his team was enlisted to patch, tape, and paint our walls. The holes were imperceptible upon completion. The walls were perfect, once painted. After new carpet was rolled out, the cleaning crew arrived. Six months of mold and mildew residue, construction dust, and debris from work crews disappeared. The black asphalt and tar that was tracked in on our tile and grout for the previous six months was steamed off by Frank and Greg in half a day. The results were astonishing! Frankie arranged for a textile crew to assist with curtains. Everything was well-coordinated. While the process of remediation, restoration, and renovation takes what seems to be an agonizingly long time, everyone at AZ Fire &Water was understanding, helpful, empathetic, and invested themselves in the projects. Many of them are victims of disaster loss, as well, and identify with what you're going through. Got a kick out of Judith and Jorday--they will even help you with your computer!

A huge mirror in our guest bathroom fell off the wall and damaged the toilet, bathtub, and stone tile. Belfor was there initially to clean up all the shards of glass covering the entire space and spilling into the landing. Once this safety issue was quickly addressed they moved forward with the repairs with integrity, professionalism and quality. Francisco, the contractor who managed our small project. treated us as though we were his biggest client- always responsive, patient and professional. We have worked with many renovation companies and contractors over the years. Belfor and Francisco are the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we highly recommend them.

I had an emergency water damage situation at my house and this business was quick to respond. The team was professional and efficient in their restoration work.

We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch. After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. He took hundreds of photos to send the insurance company throughout the process. The removal of wet materials and clean up was done in total isolation from the rest of the house and rooms so there was zero dust. Floors were protected all the way to the front door. Care and attention to details at every step including excellent Covid protection by Ryan and all the professional crews. His drywall guy Shane is a real wizard with the repairs and blending the texture and color so we cannot tell we ever had damage. The walls came out great but the closet really came out even better than before the damage. You don't often get the owner of a company take such a personal interest in the project and Ryan really works hard to insure you are happy with the result and you will be even at his expense.
