Their promptness in response as well as how fast they were able to get their job done keeps me at piece because I know it’ll get done correctly without any necessary added stress. I used Venturi Restoration for repair of a water leak that flooded the majority of my condo. They took care of wall repair, repainting and re-wallpapering all the affected rooms. Their workers were quick and efficient and very professional. Venturi also coordinated my selection of new carpeting for the whole condo. I am disabled and have very limited mobility and all the workers were very accommodating to my situation and completed the carpet installation and moving and returning of my furniture in a very professional and timely manner. Everything was back to normal in a few days. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Venturi that I had to deal with. I will highly recommend Venturi that needs any of the services they offer.

A huge mirror in our guest bathroom fell off the wall and damaged the toilet, bathtub, and stone tile. Belfor was there initially to clean up all the shards of glass covering the entire space and spilling into the landing. Once this safety issue was quickly addressed they moved forward with the repairs with integrity, professionalism and quality. Francisco, the contractor who managed our small project. treated us as though we were his biggest client- always responsive, patient and professional. We have worked with many renovation companies and contractors over the years. Belfor and Francisco are the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we highly recommend them.

Working with them was wonderful! They were quick to mitigate any further disaster and responsive to all communication. They helped communicate with insurance and were so kind working while all my kids were home! They were so friendly and knowledgeable.

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

We have worked with them twice, once on undisclosed mold and related reconstruction in our new home in 2011 and again in 2015 to investigate an unrelated potential issue. For both engagements, Josh went above and beyond during the quoting process to get us information we needed, reaching out to other service providers to get us holistic inputs and set our expectations. In the 2011 emergency, Josh instructed his team to begin work immediately once we agreed on the scope, working until well after midnight, maintaining the high level of customer service and outreach throughout. A few years later when we were searching for the corresponding photo evidence, Josh personally spent hours digging through his files to find what we needed. While we did not end up needing work done in 2015, Josh was nonetheless prompt, responsive (same day in-person quote) and thorough in his evaluation, calling us the same evening with additional information for us to consider.

Josh and the ASAP team are the first contractor we would call for any future issue in their area of expertise.
