We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.

Had a need for water damage restoration services after my reverse osmosis unit leaked under my kitchen sink. Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place . Servpro of Thunderbird Valley was wonderful in every way. My home suffered smoke damage in a wildfire that was deemed a national disaster in Louisville, CO at the end of last year. It was a terrifying event and our entire community was in a state of shock, even those of us whose homes had survived. What I needed most was to be able to be in my home to recover from the trauma of the experience, but my eyes burned and I was having near constant headaches, so I called Servpro. I will forever count myself fortunate that it happened to be Michael Shrake who was given my case. He completely earned my trust, made sure that I was comfortable with everyone who came into my home, and ensured that everything in my house was treated with respect and care. He was thoughtful and intelligent in the way he managed the process, kept me informed about all plans, and we walked through the work that had been completed each day to be sure I was satisfied. Lucas the guy running the crew made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and even returned some cash money that was found while they were unpacking!

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

These guys are great! I had a pipe burst in our office bathroom upstairs that flooded the whole office. Levi and Adam showed up and went to work and had all of the water extracted pretty quickly so we were at least able to get back to work. Over the next couple of days they worked around our schedule to get rid of all of the damaged flooring and drywall.

They made sure we knew exactly what was going on the whole time. We have had issues in the past where we have used other restoration companies and we didn't know what was going on from day to day. Adam B worked on the office reconstruction and we had the same great communications. There were some hickups along the way, but nothing that could have been expected and they took care of everything. The finished product was fantastic.

Jill and Nicole are excellent at what they do. They are customer service oriented and truly looked out for the safety and health of my clients. I have worked with Lotus on multiple occasions when mold was found during a Real Estate transaction and when a client had water damage from an existing pipe leak in a wall. They got the job done in a timely manner, giving great customer service and making sure everything was done right in the end.

House burns down, imagine charging 2k for a single piece of wood. Seriously in times of need vulnerable people shouldn't be taken advantaged of.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
