Arizona Fire and Water were the first responders during my recent kitchen flood. Everyone who came to address the damage and see to repairs were great. Mario and Dave (and the others) were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient, respectful. The kitchen is back to its original state and I'm so happy and grateful to Mario and Dave and AZ Fire and Water.

1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process. I arrived from an out of state business trip to discover my house flooded. I called ASAP and thankfully they sent out their best worker Rafael. One of the kindest and hard working guys I've ever been around. It was probably about a 3 to 4 person job and he mostly did it by himself, working his tail off for over 4 days. My wife and I did our best to get our belongings out of his way and he did all the rest. Absolutely amazing thumbs up to Rafael.

After my experience with Dan and his Team at Concept Restoration, everyone should have his number in their phones. Having never experienced water damage before, I was not prepared for what can happen so quickly. At 10:30pm I found water on my Wood Floors, turned off the Water to the house and started calling restoration companies with one hand and mopping up water with my other. The first company didn't answer so I went to the next one. After talking to Dan, he said his Team would be there in about 1-1/2hrs with everything they needed. By 2:30am I had about 20+ fans and 5 Dehumidifiers going and for the next week
they were there daily to check on the progress of drying out my Wood Floors. Dan and his Team did an exceptional job and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends. I'm so glad the first company didn't answer the phone.
