Doan Restoration was a great help to a horrible accident of water in my home. Chandler was very professional and friendly on each visit. He explained everything they were doing and showed me all of what he found. Doan Restoration also helped in fighting the insurance company to help make sure this was covered. Thankful for all that they did to help in this not so fun process.

Service Master showed up after we had a home flood on April 28, 2021 involving two bathrooms and our kitchen. The flood included the tile flooring up and downstairs, the shower tile, our kitchen cabinets and our ceramic countertops. The Service Master techs always arrived at the time we arranged. They were clearly competent, hard working, and very good at communicating with my husband and me, answering the many questions that we had, clearly and respectfully. They treated us like this had been their home that had been flooded. Later when the work had been completed and I called their Program Manager, Sandi, she spent nearly an hour answering detailed questions I had regarding our damages and repairs, making sure I had the same understanding as my insurance company. I rarely write reviews but when a company and its employees are so well managed I like to recognize them.

I'm a property manager and we had a leaking water heater which when getting fixed we realized there was a lot of mold surrounding the heater. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came right out and evaluated the issue. We gave them the business and throughout the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and where they were at in the remediation process. After the job was complete pictures were sent to myself and the owner (I also went and checked it out myself). I would definitely use them again.

Jacob Hough and Chandler Noel where very nice and did an awesome job. They secured by Arcadia door and I feel much safer. Two months have gone by and still no Arcadia door. I'm looking at plywood still and tired of looking at it. Why isn't it fixed yet?

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

Used AM/PM for when our dishwasher hose burst, flooding the kitchen. Was very pleased with their work, fast, efficient, and effective. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing restoration services.

We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.
