Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

We needed to get a home cleaned after a lot of blood was spilled because of an in-home accident. This company came recommended by the local county sheriff’s department, they use them when it’s needed on their end. The customer service was personal, very kind and so helpful. They helped us deal with the insurance company (which we didn’t even know we could approach for reimbursement), got someone there right away and took off our shoulders what was (for us) an incredibly upsetting and foreign experience. And all of this while we were thousands of miles away trying to deal with our injured parent’s stay in the hospital during a severe Covid outbreak. We highly recommend this company.

Nathan is outstanding!! I had a concern about a previous company and the product they used and the impact to my health. He drove down to my condo with a sample of the product to let me see if it was the same one and then inspected the room to ensure it was safe!!! AMAZING. I am so happy he put my fears at ease since the previous company was acting weird about the situation and wouldn’t let me see the product they used. I absolutely love this business. I have used them since I bought my house almost 3 years ago. I have never had a bad experience. All of the techs are professional and do a great job. The first time I called them was because my puppy had chewed up a liquid ink pen in the middle of my living room. I now dare you to try to find the spot. They always have great pricing, and I usually get a appointment the same day to within a few days around the holidays. My most recent episode was due to a red stain in the entrance of my home. He got it out! To my fault, after he left, I somehow managed to make numerous tiny red stains all over my just cleaned carpet. I called him in a panic, and he rushed right back to my house. He got every spot out! Rich is my carpet life saver. I will only use APEX for my floor care.
