Best Business Floor in Phoenix AZ

I paid for a 3 hour move out cleaning. Not sure why it took 3 hours. I wont recomend. I have to go back and touch stuff up. Definitely not move out ready.

Update: Moved my review to 1 star. As im going through and recleaning everything. It looks like a 12 year old tried cleaning the stainless steel. Im getting more agitated as im going along cleaning.

I honestly struggled with the franchise that was assigned to clean our facility. Lack of communication, every visit they fell short on their cleaning and never sent someone back to fix it, just frustrating overall. But, then I contacted the jani-king corporate and complained and I could not have been happier with the service.

Director of Operations, Don Horton was amazing. Not only did he get back to me almost immediately, but then he set up a time and date to come meet me in person and go over my concerns. He discussed things with me, took pictures, and made a plan of action. Then on my next cleaning, the head of the franchise that was cleaning our site finally showed his face (first time since first visit) and I was able to discuss my concerns with him and show him what was not being done. I am 100% positive this never would have happened if it was not for Don Horton and the magic he worked.

Don even took the time to meet with me again the day after the clean, and went through everything with me to make sure the cleaning was done thoroughly and corectly this time. I really appreciate all the work Don did for me to get things back on track, and I am optimistically hopeful that now everything will stay on track and 100% will be given on every clean. Thank you Don Horton, you are awesome!

Owen is the best home cleaner ever! He is so thorough, thoughtful and reliable. He’s got such a good energy about him, it’s a pleasure to have him come over on cleaning days. He always goes above and beyond with his work, we’ve always been so happy with our house after he leaves.

I booked them to clean a home we purchased because we have a newborn and they made our move perfect. My wife was really scared at all the people who had been in the home during the showings and this easy treatment made it much less scary. They were priced great and came out right away. Plan to recomend them to everyone.

We signed a contract with Jani-Pro to clean our small business office. They are the worst cleaning company. We complained many times over the last year and there has been no improvement. I then cancelled the cleaning service via email and they kept showing up to clean the office even though I cancelled the service. They told me since I did not cancel with a certified letter that they really weren't cancelled. Who does this? An email is not sufficient notification to cancel. They now say I owe them for a cleaning service that I did not authorize since I did not comply with their company protocol for cancelling the service. Would never recommend.

Living with a three-year-old, one becomes accustomed to a certain degree of squalor. We all do it for various reasons: be it children, work, or just sheer laziness, we neglect our counters, baseboards, windows, those weird cracks along our sliding doors, etc. We simply get used to a certain level of filth.

Owning up to their name, Clean Freak Cleaning Services does NOT neglect those surfaces we tend to ignore. Our deep clean honored the moniker, leaving our house nothing less than pristine. I almost feel bad living in it at this point, since the aforementioned three-year-old seems to have little respect for the work of this diligent company. At least he takes his shoes off now after meeting the friendly and caring staff!

I recently used the service to clean my home and can you say they were amazing! The girls were very nice and they worked really hard considering everything that I had needed done. Best carpet cleaning guy in the Valley. He's always on time, is capable of handling a wide variety of carpet cleaning issues, tile cleaning, grout cleaning, and more. He's very reasonable and just a great guy. Highly recommended.
