They were generous to leave the negative pressure equipment for 2 weeks while the other work was being done. The original quote was honored. They were on time and very professional. Ben Rodriguez, GM., the only light in this bleak tunnel. The only professional. Project manager was rude, condescending, and failed to manage my water damage and wood rot problem with even a modicum of acceptability and professionalism. The foreman was routinely late. The work done was shoddy, sub standard...very poor quality. Now in a dispute with the insurance company to have work done acceptably and properly. Truly disappointing.

They showed up as soon as we needed them and they were easy to communicate with about the issue and how to deal with it. Their prices were in line with other restoration companies

My homeowners insurance hired them to assess damage from a water supply line that broke off a toilet. They did find and notify me of other, unrelated issues that I was going to have to fix so I was stressing about how I was going to pay for those.
They spent a lot of time measuring areas of the house that were not affected, which I told them were not.
Watch out for these people!! They do work for the insurance company. In the end, the insurance company denied the claim and left me to fix the damage out of my own pocket in addition to the unrelated issues.
I never saw the report or heard from this company again.

I was really impressed with how quickly Quick Restore came out initially to clean up the mess caused by my toilets backing up. They took every measure to protect my family and I from bacteria and any airborne things coming from the nasty water that went everywhere. After they removed the affected materials and dried out the structure the rebuild division took over. The estimator Dustin came out and made sure the insurance didn?t take advantage of us and we got what we deserved following industry standards. We did have to wait for the insurance on getting things approved it took longer than I expected. After the estimate was approved then repairs started and the project manager Kyle schedule the work promptly. The guys work was great and they were very friendly. Know my two bathrooms look better than ever and I wouldn?t hesitate to use them again if I ever have water damage again. I?ve also told family and friends about them so they know in advance to work with these guys. Thanks Quick Restore!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

The company provided excellent service. They rebuilt my bathroom after mold remediation. Converted my tub into a shower. The tile guys took extra time to match the tiles so that it looked like the veining matched. They even worked on a Saturday when they weren't scheduled. They were at all times polite, hardworking, knew what they were about. Also very neat.
Cleaned up after themselves every day. Our bathroom is very small but still two people were working in it.
We highly recommend them.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.
