Just moved into a new home in Robson Ranch, Eloy AZ. Had these guys install a whole house water filtration and softner system and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water and ice maker. They are professional and show-up on time. Did a great job and were neat and tidy. When setting up the water system to the refrigerator ice maker they could have taken a short cut with the connectors they had but they told me they wanted to do it right so they drove into town to pick up the connectors they wanted to use, a 20 minute drive back and forth and after 5:30 in the afternoon, wow. Can't say enough about this company, do not hesitate, if you need a plumber for any reason just give them a call.

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!
