Nathan was very helpful when I had a concern about possible mold in my house. He sent Houston to inspect the concerning areas, and Houston was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. He gave me great advice and peace of mind regarding the issue, which did not appear to be mold. All of this advice was given during a free estimate. Based on this experience I would highly recommend this team and this company. If we have a mold issue in the future, or just consider remodeling our house in the future, we will absolutely reach out to this company to try and work with them.

Our son flooded the kitchen and living spaces on Easter morning and Ernie, Kenny, and Chester worked with us through the first steps of the repair and drying process. They have all been very courteous, respectful, and communicative during this time and highly recommended. Would definitely go with them again in the future.

Friendly people excellent work quality

I was over charged for the job performed. They only found water staining on the drywall, so drywall needed to be repaired. The workmen did cut several holes and poke holes to make sure there was not any other water that we could not see, so this was good. Containment was done. I am concerned that the containment was not done properly because it has gaps, and does not have the 3 stages built into it. I have a medically fragile child, so containment for even dust is important.

DO NOT use this company. I had a horrible experience. The project manager told me the project would take a max of 4 days and the project drug out for over 3 months. The project manager Mark is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. He would be hours late to our appointments that I would change my work schedule for, he was rude and aggressive toward me at times, he also showed up to my house with a huge lip full of tobacco, he would not respond to my text messages or calls for days, and he lied to me on multiple occasions. He would approve a step in project and after decisions were made would come back and say he never approved that. His entire attitude was to do the least work possible and still get paid. His communication was horrible. The one saving grace was the construction manager, Dusty who was very professional and easy to work with. Possibly it is just one really horrible project manager, but it completely ruined my entire experience and I would never recommend this company for any size of project. Extremely dissatisfied customer.
