We were strung along for 3 months with very little to no communication. We were lied to about a permit delay (was never actually requested). They sent paperwork asking for payment because admin thought the project was almost complete and work still hasn't been started. Today we received a call that the foreman quit awhile ago and they can't do the work. They blamed COVID, but COVID doesn't mean you can't be honest and return a phone call. Zero follow through, zero transparency- many unreturned calls and not one minute of work on the house.

Had a water heater failure and called them right away. They did minimal demo, basically baseboards and a little sheetrock, and had everything dry in a couple of days. Seamless and efficient. I really appreciate their response and ability to work with our insurance. I recommend them to anyone with water remediation issues.

I liked that they checked the status of our water damage and how it was drying every day.

I called ASAP Resto to have some mold evaluated on a property I am purchasing. Josh answered immediately and was able to assist with every question as well as coordinating testing within 2 days notice. It would have been sooner if it was an emergency situation. Our toilet leaked (from the bottom) and the bathroom had to be torn up to contain the mold and bacteria. When they first tore it up, I didn't think there was any way it would look the same.

We had three different guys come out for this project. The work was phenomenal--it looks like nothing ever happened. But all three of the guys were high quality people. They were prompt, cordial, professional, and any other superlative I can think to attach. They took care to do it right.

I have see Acuity Builders Work on a number ocasiones and the quality is always super. The customer service is exceptional. I HIGHLY reccomend this business.

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

The workers were very courteous and completed the work correctly. They cleaned up well after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Nathan is outstanding!! I had a concern about a previous company and the product they used and the impact to my health. He drove down to my condo with a sample of the product to let me see if it was the same one and then inspected the room to ensure it was safe!!! AMAZING. I am so happy he put my fears at ease since the previous company was acting weird about the situation and wouldn’t let me see the product they used. This man is so kind and I would not hesitate to refer him or call him again if I ever need his companies services. A+ THANK YOU!

Have recently used Bingham to help identify a water leak issue and mitigation to then will eventually rebuild the bathroom shower and master closet as well as flooring. We are in the middle of the process but so far they have been great and a great experience. Bingham was able to come out the day we called them.

Jason Meraz, specifically has been extremely helpful and informative about the process and he is extremely responsive. Would highly recommend Jason with Bingham. He has been helping us navigate the insurance process as well. Very helpful.

Drivers are reckless on the road! Why would I EVER trust them with my home??? Clearly there is no management keeping an eye on these guys.

Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.
