It actually started in Fall 2020 with my Garage losing power. I bid out the work and hired Phoenix Contracting Services. The following Monday, Jeff and his crew (Mike and Gabriel) came out and finally resolved the issue, loose wiring from another outlet. I was impressed by the workmanship, politeness, and being On Time. My wife and I were actually in the market for a new service panel, that I ended awarding Jeff that work. Didn't need to look elsewhere. At the mercy of SRP, a date opened up in February 2021. So, we jumped on it. Jeff had setup everything, Blue Stake, and SRP. I as Home Owner didn't have to do anything. Service panel went Ok, and Jeff starting looking at other items in the yard, and mentioned that needed to be up to code. So, that was done too. Michelle helped me do a tune-up on my air conditioner, and she went above and beyond to help me out. She was able to find an installation error that was causing the condensation from the unit to leak inside of my home. The problem was fixed quickly and Michelle was very thorough and informative. Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

I was referred to Mike through another contractor (a plumber) who highly recommended him. Despite being incredibly busy Mike squeezed me in on my time schedule (his work was sandwiched between a couple plumbing projects I had going that necessitated electrical work as well) and sent two diligent and hard-working electricians (thank you Memo and Guillermo!) to install new wiring from the exterior of the house into my garage and around the garage into a small storage room. It was an all day project and these two hardly took a breath they worked so hard. Moreover, they were tidy and professional in every way. I was very impressed and recommend Creative Electric Co.
