I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

This review is several years late but I had such a great experience, it was always in the back of my mind that I needed to write it. Our house is 50 years old and we were having some slow draining plumbing issues. We called three companies. Two of which recommended expensive solutions that never made sense to us. ProFlow came out and the owner told us instead of going these expensive routes, just simply replace the toilet first with a higher flow model. He never even quoted doing it themselves. After replacing one toilet, we have had ZERO issues for the last 4 years! Since then, I've used them for minor things and recommended them to others. They didn't try to oversell me like the other companies in town. I would trust anything they tell me at this point and you should too.

I have a 10 year old AC unit that needed service and Bridge Plumbing was recommended by a local business I trust. I had them do a service and also a repair last year and they were top notch. Came to my house with a buyer without authorization from the homeowner. He created a hole in my tub then tried to write a quote for it. He refuses to fix it even though I have pictures that he caused it because it wasn’t there 2 days before during the professional home inspection: called him to give him an opportunity to fix it and obviously he isn’t insured. Will be taking him to small claims court!!! Don’t use him. He is a scammer!!!!

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Great service from Tracy. He was early, efficient and professional!

We hired them to clean drain lines and put a camera in the lines to look for blockage. The guy who answers the phone was completely unprofessional and demanding to a point of being completely rude. Refused to give us the video of the lines they worked in after we paid for them to use a camera in the lines to look for the blockage. Service guy in the field is nice enough, but the owner/guy who answers the phone was just rude. Will not hire them again and will not refer them to anyone else.
