I love Thrifty ice cream ,it reminds me of my childood and thirty years later,still tastes the same,cost is more but worth every penny.

I love Thrifty Strawberry Ice Cream and would have given 5 stars but they are always out when I go. I wish they would keep more on hand since it's obviously a popular flavor.

Caused me a major 2-month headache several weeks after Chad installed a water softener by inexplicably drilling a hole directly into the vent pipe in the attic and simply shoving the softener drain line tube into the hole, instead of properly locating the drain line, fastening it, and leaving an air gap. When a licensed plumber finally discovered where the water was coming from - the exposed water softener drain line sitting on the floor of the attic under the insulation - he found that the line had worked its way out of the hole over time, due to the back pressure of the softener recharge cycle. The entire cycle drained all over the attic, thru the insulation and into the hallway and kitchen area, causing over $17,000 in damage that my insurance company tried to claim from Rapid Rooter. Upon discovering that the Rapid Rooter ins. policy was insufficient to cover the claim, my insurance finally (thankfully) relented. I had to spend an additional $400 to get it done right and wound up losing my tenant due to frustration with the restoration. Chad's professional response when I brought up the issue and showed him the pics was don't tell me how to do my f'n job! and accused me of orchestrating an elaborate smear campaign when I left him a 1-star review. This all happened some time ago - this review is in response to an email today asking to review this individual and his business for a 24-hr review campaign on Google. Sorry, Chad, but the memories of that 2 months of contractor estimates, sheet rock repairs, a kitchen remodel, painting and mold certifications will last a lot longer.
As a side note for landlords, the AZ Registrar of Contractors was very interested in the recovery fund claim at first, but became instantly unresponsive when they found out it was a rental property. Apparently rentals aren't protected from poor workmanship claims in AZ. The ROC guy couldn't explain why this is but closed the case anyway. Terrible experience all the way around.

I was disappointed when i went into the store. First of all i had the worst snow cone ever. The server was very nice. He goes to ASU with my daughter. But there is a very strong odor of cleaner product. Kind of like circle k. Havent been in there for a long time. Probably wont go back. A lot of ppl went because they opened a new goodwill but that wore off. And there is something written in magic marker about the girl who works there in the ladies room. Kind of mean.

I just have to say,.... If you want an AMAZING experience when you visit Water & More (a quick stop Thrifty`s & Ice Cream) Aspen is your girl!!!!I I had one of the most giving, loving, warm, kind, kid friendly experiences of my life here!!!! One friendly Friday afternoon I brought my 2 little ones and an additional friend where we enjoyed 3 scoops of goodness with amazingly friendly staff on hand. Thanks for everything! I would recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys classic I've cream and good company!

I am here at 945 and google says you open at 9.... Well you are closed. This is the second time my time has been wasted by this store. There are to many options for water and ice stores, so if you waste peoples time they wont come back. I'm going to find a new place for good

I am a very frequent customer of this store and the staff is very nice to me, the reason I'm leaving a five star review however is because I left my wallet at the store one day and an employer called my cell to tell me where'd I left it before I even noticed it was gone XD

The most honest and experienced contractor we have ever hired.chad installed our whole home water system 2 weeks ago and it is amazing.tap water we can actually drink! I don't think I've ever called back a contractor to tell him how satisfied we are but I was compelled to do it. Don't hesitate with Poseidon you will not be disappointed.

It's a wonderful place to go for ice cream on a hot summer day, the employees are nice and funny and are always there to help and serve when ready. The ice cream is delicious. I always find myself coming back for more ice cream.

About 5 years ago Chad installed a whole house filtration system on our house. He was very professional & explained everything in detail to our satisfaction. About 6 months ago we remodeled the bathrooms in our house. After about a month we noticed a dark residue on some of our “ polished nickel “ hardware. We talked to the plumbing supple company who provided our fixtures & they stated they were sure the problem was our water and asked us to bring in a sample to test. When they got the the results they told us that our sample was the cleanest sample they had ever tested. It just shows the quality of the product & installation of the unit. I recommend Poseidon to everyone I know.

The clerk, Marcus, is always extremely helpful and personable. The store is clean and well organized.

Chad replaced my hot water heater and soft water softener. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the products he recommended for my needs. He clearly loves the plumbing business and I like the fact that the business was handed down by his father and he is beginning to teach his young son.

Delicious ice cream, great prices, and friendly staff. What's more is they have sundaes!!! I don't know of anywhere else around here that has sundaes or shaved ice, and the prices are more than reasonable.

The best ice cream around, always come back for more.
