Highly recommend this family owned business. I reached out to Honey Do online via their website. They responded promptly the next day, and had me on their schedule within 24 hours. The owner and his crew were very professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. The installation/problem was more complicated than originally thought, and they were diligent and had it figured out in no time. I couldn't have been more happy with the service provided. Its the best customer service experience I've had in a long time!

I called for repairing a hot water slab leak problem in my house, the office person and the owner / plumbing masters returned my call on time, and set up the service day easily. I could feel their listening to me and understanding my descriptions so well, so I decided to get service from this company. I am so glad I made this great choice!On the service day (3/30/2021 morning), master Wayne and Adam came to my home on time, and gave me a call ahead of their arrival. They are so great!!! Wayne has so much experiences in the field of plumbing, and he patiently listened to me, carefully and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and quickly found out the leaked hot water line. They did not waste any time; they explained everything to me, then they started rerouting the hot water line right away. Adam worked so hard during this service time, and he did a great job! Wayne and Adam co-operated so well, and so everything could be done fast and in a great way!!! The slab leak problem got resolved so well and fast; and they cleaned up job site so well! Our family is very satisfied! Rich was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. I messaged via Yelp on a Sunday morning and he replied within 10 minutes. He was able to come out on that following Tuesday and was extremely transparent about the whole process. There was a slab leak and the leak location company they work with was fantastic as well. The fix he did avoided jackhammering up our tile and all that remains is minimal drywall repair. We also got a few other maintenance items taken care of as well. I would highly, highly recommend them for your repairs. Very reasonably priced and the transparency on what needed to be done was so key. I will definitely call them again for any future repairs.

Super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and totally trust this Mountain Mechanical to do the right job and make it as painless as possible. Keegan was on the way to the house for an emergency visit and walked me through some possible fixes just to save us some money. They worked until the next day when he had to come over and fix pipes that were frozen and broken. -20 on the east side of town, and we were able to stay in the house and have it fixed at very fair prices considering what had to be done and the conditions they had to be done in. Our contractor sent us here to pick out our new sink for our kitchen remodel. You do have to make an appointment, as they aren't open to the general public. Great showroom, with a lot of things to look at. Great customer service. They answered all of our questions.
