We contacted Copper Country Plumbing on a Sunday after our toddler granddaughter managed to shove my ring down the overflow drain in our bathroom sink. Nick arrived at our home as he committed within only two hours of our call and was able to retrieve my ring without damage to the ring or sink.
What's more, he came back the next day to replace the drain in a finish to match our faucet as the finish on the original was worn and damaged. For this wonderful, quick service on a Sunday, we were charged less than we'd expect to pay for non-emergency service and the work was performed flawlessly. We will definitely use them again!

I LOVE Copper Country Plumbing! I woke up early on a Saturday (New Years Eve no less) to discover we had no water in the house and a broken pipe outside. I called a few companies and either received no answer or was told they either wouldn't service my area (I live near Florence) that they wouldn't be able to come out for a few days, or that they would charge an exorbitant fee to come out. I saw that Copper Country Plumbing is Veteran Owned and Operated so I gave them a call. I will call them first from now on. They told me they would immediately come my way and showed up within 60 minutes. They excavated the dirt properly diagnosed and showed me the problem and gave me a fair quote within 10 minutes of arrival. (didn't gouge me in spite of the holiday and weekend like others tried to do) They had water restored to my home, precautions in place to prevent future damage, and all dirt replaced within 60 minutes. They were polite, interactive, informative, but most importantly EFFECTIVE. I highly trust and recommend using them for all of your plumbing needs.
