They installed a gas line at my place for an outdoor fireplace. They job was done in a few stages and they were helpful and professional with the project and their prices were fair.
We had P&L plumbing install a pressure reducing valve and replace a water shut off valve. The whole process is very easy, and took roughly 1h to finish. Their work is very professional and they offered a competitive price. I high recommend P&L plumbing!
P&L showed up on time. They explained everything and the pricing was very reasonable. Kyle was warm and professional and they left my bathroom clean and most importantly functioning as it should. I have more repairs to do and I've already scheduled them. I trust them.

Called late in the afternoon to seek help with a backed up kitchen drain, and even though it was not an emergency, he was able to fit me in first thing the next morning. He was up front about my repair options & pricing, even advising me that I didn't necessarily need the most expensive option, which is much appreciated. He also noticed a few other plumbing issues, unrelated to my slow drain, and provided quick verbal quotes in case I'd like to repair them in the future. The pricing is very straightforward: X job costs $X; Y job costs $Y, etc - no hidden hourly rates or other miscellaneous nickels & dimes. He did multiple tests and checks to make sure the job was finished and done correctly before leaving (good thing, because he noticed an additional issue under the sink that needed repairs). Friendly but very no-nonsense, and he was nice to my dogs even though they were being very annoying!

This is possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. I needed new toilets installed in my condo and was shopping around for a plumber and I'm so glad I found P&L plumbing. Kevin was very responsive and flexible with my schedule even when I had to reschedule. I had already purchased the toilet from Home Depot and when he arrived he saw that during the delivery the toilet was broken. Kevin was nice enough to haul the broken toilet downstairs and go on a trip with me to Home Depot to return the old toilet and buy new ones while we were there. I was very relieved he was willing to do that as I would have had no idea how to get it back to the store because of how heavy it was. Once he was able to get to work he was very efficient and everything turned out great and the price was very fair and reasonable.
Remodeling an older residence is always difficult and we ran into several issues, but the tech really went above and beyond solving the problems. Would use them again and recommend.
We use them on several of our homes and they are all of the qualities listed.

Speed: Our circulating pump went out so it took foreverto get hot water to the other side of our home. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged P&L Plumbing on Yelp, they responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.
Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. They told me what was going on with my hot water and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time researching the parts needed.
Price: I'm a cheap guy. P&L Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. P&L Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

P&L replaced my water line from the meter to my house which had been leaking. They also replaced some leaking PVC in my garage from my water heater to a driveway hose bib with copper and installed new shut off valves and hose bib making the installation cleaner. Kevin and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Their work was neat and they left the area clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend P&L Plumbing.

I had used him several months ago to replace my recirculating pump coming off the hot water heater. The other day I noticed a pin hole leak in a pipe adjacent to the pump. Since I was pleased with the original work he did, called him again. He was there within the hour and completed the repair at no charge, even though that pipe was not a part of, nor a result of, his previous work.
While doing the repair, we discussed other H/I options I had in mind and found his responses to be genuine and his loose estimates (as in ball-park, not official) to be reasonable. I will certainly call him for any future plumbing needs!

I called them at 9:45am, they arrived at 10:45am (15 minutes early!). Took a look at the unit and quickly identified the problem. They left to get a new unit, came back 45 minutes later. Installed it, explained some of the maintenance I could expect and we wrapped it up. I was never upsold or quoted anything outrageous. In fact they came in with new water heater and labor, under half of what I expected to pay according to Google searches for the same service. They (Kevin and Kyle) were professional and quick. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Kevin came to our home and was here for approximately 5 to 6 hours as we had let a lot of things go, and it caught up with us all at once. He replaced the hose bib and shut off valve in the front of the house, and even added a pressure regulator as our water output was too high. He also replaced a bathroom faucet and replaced the water valve in our spare bathroom and replaced the faucet too. We also had our garbage disposal replaced which had been broke for quite a while. We have no more leaks and we can now feel comfortable knowing that if we needed to shut off the water to the house that we can do it without the worry of a more serious issue! Kevin was professional and explained everything he was doing along the way. Before doing the work on each item he told us what he was doing and why, making it clear what was urgent and what could wait. We will have him back out soon for some of the less serious issues before they become bigger issues down the road. The price was a lot less than I thought it would be. Another plus is the van he showed up in. It had everything he needed to do each job. It was like a garage of tools all in a van! He never had to leave to go get a part or items. I'd recommend P&L plumbing to all my friends and family. I can't wait for our next water bill to see the difference in price due to the leaks we had. One last thing I would like to add is that an email was recieved before he showed up with a list of what was to be done, an email or text when he was on his way, and finally an email with detailed pricing before paying for the services recieved. Thanks P&L Plumbing for getting me squeezed into your busy schedule and for your quality work!

Main pipe ruptured causing water to flood one of our bedrooms. Hunter not only responded promptly to the call but was professional and quick to assess the problem with an equally timely repair. I called P&L plumbing after receiving a water usage alert from the city and the first company I called took too long to get back to me. I reached Kevin and I couldn't be more grateful. He came out in less than 2 hours. After a quick look around he told me we had an underground leak somewhere and would need a leak detector to come out. He called around to get me the fastest appointment possible. But a few hours after he left he called me back to ask if he could come back out and try a few things and maybe save us the money on the leak detector. He narrowed the leak down to the front yard and said it's almost always the PVC fitting close to the meter. He got a shovel and started digging and sure enough, he was right! He stayed at our house until after 7pm working on the issue and came back the next morning for final touches and to fill in the holes. Kevin was friendly, personable, honest, and gave us a very reasonable price. We will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing issues!

We had a leak behind our stove. We called P and L Plumbing. They came out and gave us a worst case scenario. Once they cut a small hole in the wall they were able to give us a better estimate of what was wrong. We had an underground slab leak and they were able to fix it in just a few hours with very little damage to our walls. The price was also much less than the worst case quote they gave us.
The two guys, Kevin and Kyle, are very knowledgeable and explained everything well. They wore face masks the entire time they were in our home. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up well after themselves. I highly recommend P and L Plumbing if you need a plumber for any reason.

Kevin took time out of his day to come by after I had to work later than expected to give me a quote. Scheduled the work with a week’s time then came to my home and worked all day to get multiple issues fixed. The work was done amazingly well and after having to work late yet again, Kevin stopped by to make sure everything looked good and was to my satisfaction. Kevin is so good at what he does. We had a broken underground hot water pipe, that might need to tear down the bathroom for repair to bypass underground leak. Kyle worked very hard with us to find creative solution. At the end he bypassed the underground leak WITHOUT having to tear down any part of the bathroom and bypass the underground leak!! -Jason L

We had Kevin and Kyle come to our house and finish fixing our bathroom. They said it'd take 3 to 5 days to complete the job however it was done in 2 days! That was impressive! As always, they were very good at communicating with us about any weird thing they found along the way.

I’m so glad I called P&L Plumbing. I’d had a running toilet for too long, saw their great reviews so decided to go for it. Not only were easy to schedule with and came when they said, Kevin made sure he had necessary parts before coming out. I had a different plumber look at this same toilet a month ago, and the other plumber couldn’t fix it because he didn’t have the parts, and then just ghosted despite my follow ups. Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it thoroughly. He kept me updated, was friendly, protected my floors, and even took the time to address some other issues that I hadn’t previously mentioned. Pricing was good. Will call again! Thanks!

Kevin from P&L Plumbing was fantastic! We had a total water filtration system put in on 2/25/2020. He had great communication. When the job took much longer than expected (being an older and remodeled house), he stuck by his original quote and returned the next day as promised to ensure all was working well. I have already referred him to family. We will be using P&L for all of our future plumbing needs.
Offered a free estimate, we hired him on the spot. Installed laundry room sink. Installed bypass valves and installed a sink. The installation was well done, and he cleaned up the area, even taking the boxes and packing material from the sink with him. We will also be using P& L to install a soft water and RO system.

We are IN Minnesota for the summer when I received a call reporting that our irrigation blow the pipes with to much water pressure. We needed a pressure reducing value and pressure vacuum breaker added to our irrigation system. We called P&L Plumbing read the reviews and were pleased on what we read. I moved from California and bought a house. I had done my research on google. From reviews to comments to location and the fact that it was open 24/7 etc. I decided that this was the perfect company for me just in case anything were to happen. Well, low and behold it did and I was ready with this companies number in my phone directory for the house.
I came home to find a puddle in my front yard late evening and started freaking out. I called his number and explained what was going on and he let me know that he would be right over as soon as he was done with his current job. He was very punctual and showed up with a good attitude despite the late last minute situation and got to work fast. He took his time and made sure the job was done correctly. Kevin and his brother were amazing! They assessed the issue and gave me a solution that other plumbing companies didn’t offer. They fixed the issue timely and gave me several options so that I didn’t feel backed into a corner. Their pricing was decent and they helped me with a very serious issue with my main line that could have cost me tens of thousands in the long run. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Kevin is highly professional, and responsive. There are text messages at every step of the process, from the booking of the appointment, his departure toward the unit, to job done, and also pictures on the job before, in-between, and after. The job is done with good quality and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Kevin.

I needed a shower repair & P&L plumbing was top notch! Not only did they get back to me the same day with an appointment , they fixed my shower and had it up and running with in an hour. The plumber sent out was very nice & professional. I would use them again without hesitation.
These guys are awesome! I spoke to Kevin last Thursday night and he came here on Fri, Sat and today to finish the job. They were very good at communicating with us what they were doing and what they were finding on the way. They discovered that our house (which was built in 1959) didn't have all the pipes changed when they did the renovation and that's why we got clogged tubs. They fixed the problem and when we are ready to redo all the other pipes we will definitely call them.

Saw a reccomedation for this amazing family owned plumbing business on Nextdoor and gave them a call. I discovered a leak in my bathroom and I really needed someone that day. It was almost 5PM and he came in 30 minutes and didn't change me after hours prices. He was willing to give me a free estimate, no service fee. He quickly located the issue, gave me the quote and the plan and he started! Super friendly, liked my dogs, and gave me a great price. I would reccomend him my friends and family.

I am very happy wth P and L Plumbing. Kevin showed up right on time and had the job handled in almost no time. Also he was very courteous and the price was quite reasonable. I will definately use him again.
Needed to replace our water heater. Bought a new one to replace. Home Depot quoted $990 for emergency installation. Called P&L, was quoted $600 and would be be available within an hour of calling. Kevin was very professional and did a very good job installing our new water heater. I would recommend P&L to anyone needing professional plumbing service. Thank you P&L! You saved the day.

My experience was awesome. I am a customer that likes to be informed with whatever job is being done on my house. Hunter came out to my home and installed a main water shut off valve. He was very personable and informative and patient. After he left I thought there was a leak. I called up the company not only did Hunter come out but one of the owners. They took their time with me again looked at their work again and took care of it. The owner even said I have a two year warranty on their work/part! I will definitely recommend this family owned business to my friends and family.

P & L Plumbing was fantastic to work with and we are so glad we chose them. They came in to look at our sewer line that kept clogging. They were polite, respectful and very professional. They used their camera equipment to identify the problem and gave us a number of options in a no pressure conversation. We ended up having them pressure wash the line, effectively cleaning 30 years of calcium buildup inside the sewer line. They showed us the video feed before and after the procedure so we could see the results. We have had no problems since but if we ever have another plumbing issue anywhere in our house, I'm calling P & L Plumbing!

This the best plumbing service I have ever used. I called because my toilet constantly ran and my water bill was three times higher as the previous month. I could not stop it from running on my own so I called for service. The service tech was at my home within 2 hours of my call. He made some adjustment to the chain and water level. He was finished within 15 minutes and DID NOT CHARGE ME for the service. Needless to say, I will definitely use them again! Thanks for the wonderful service!
These guys are great! I contacted them for a quote on a leaking water heater through Yelp on 8/26 & they responded very quickly with a great price & availability. We set up the replacement for today 8/29 with an 0700-0800 window. They notified me when they were on their way and arrived well within the time frame given. They were wearing masks, gloves & maintained a safe distance when they arrived. They looked over my water heater & found a leaking copper pipe behind, and notice that my exhaust was not properly sealed. Needless to say they made quick work of the replacement, cleaned up the original copper piping, fixed the exhaust and held to their original price quote. I would highly recommend P&L, they do excellent work, provide great customer service, respectful of your property, & are safe. I’d definitely use them again.

They came and installed a hot/cold RO system for me. We have loved it! I started having problems with my kitchen faucet that we later found out was unrelated to my RO install. They came out, at no cost, to check and make sure their installation was working well and helped me figure out my kitchen faucet problem. Fantastic customer service! I highly recommend them!
