Will not sell to the public.

I called to ask questions about available shower bases. I've already done my research and worked with my plumber on required specs such as thresholds, drain configuration etc. Now I am ready to make a decision and have questions on availability. I understand they are a wholesaler, but I find it frustrating they will not even talk to me (the homeowner) about the products I am choosing for my plumber to install. Asking my plumber to call will just cost me more money and drives the cost of my project up. Guess where my plumber will not be buying my shower pan.

Poor customer service

Bad customer service when you walk in.

Very short with me on the phone and didn't want to help. This is a wholesaler company that sells to other businesses. They don't get that if they are rude to people, generally people wont buy from the people they sell to. In other words, even though you are a wholesaler you still have to provide customer service.

Been working with Pacific Plumbing Supply for years. Always knowledgeable in the materials and supplys they sell. They always take the customer above and beyond the call of duty. The only negative thing I have to say is that they no longer have Dino's doughnuts in the morning. :(

Not very polite or good attitude. Why answer phones and serve customers if your customer service blows?

I am a clinic maintenance worker out in rural Alaska and also moonlight doing contract labor for a couple different companies. Mike and co always treat me right, keep my many different orders on different accounts straight and the service is top notch. Best customer service in Anchorage.

Our contractor sent us here to pick out our new sink for our kitchen remodel. You do have to make an appointment, as they aren't open to the general public. Great showroom, with a lot of things to look at. Great customer service. They answered all of our questions.
