The young ladies that have made the both times that we went an excellent experience. Were very kind were not rude and knew how to use the speaker box I feel like sometimes when I go to restaurants they act like they can't hear you or they're mad cuz they're at work each one of these ladies was very kind very polite and willing to help and it was nice to know they didn't mind doing their job.
The chicken was really good and it was very fast I will be back again my son loves see the chicken sandwich thank you ladies for your hard work and thank you for your kindness greatly appreciated it goes too to show you have a high work ethic and respect for others that will take you very far in life!

Luis was knowledgeable and checked out our toilets, one of which had been groggy in the past several weeks.

Daniel from Roto Rooter did a great job pumping out water underneath my house. He followed up with me every day, even on his days off, to check on the status of the moisture.Roberto the plumber figured out the issue was a broken pipe and did a great job fixing the issue. He was under my house fixing the broken pipe while partially underwater.Patrick the manager also reached out to make sure I was happy with the team. It was much appreciated.Great service and team for a stressful situation.

Drain Medic has been troubleshooting a leak problem at my 88 year old mother's house and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to address the issues. They discovered 4 areas and fixed all promptly and at a reasonable price when not covered by insurance. They have thoroughly explained each step of the process to her and mostly likely saved her thousands of dollars when others wanted to rip open the walls and quoted her minimum $2600 to fix. Insurance has covered most of the expenses with Drain Medic handling everything. Cannot thank them enough for dealing honestly with the elderly and communicating clearly.

He was also quick to volunteer suggestions on keeping the line clear going forward.One is never happy to need to call a plumber, but we are quite happy with the service we received and the job done. Great professional and knowledgeable service

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.
