Do not give your hard earned money to this company. STAY AWAY. They only care about making money and do not care about people. They were hired to work on the apartment below mine. They were doing EXTREMELY loud non-emergency work until 3:00 AM in the morning even after repeated requests from both me and the property manager for them to stop. This is despite it being illegal to do noisy construction after 7:00 PM. It was not until the police showed up that they finally left. After this they still had to return the next day to finish their work.

I called their office to voice my complaint and Linda told me: What's done is done and there's is nothing she can do about it now. As for why her guys worked until 3:00 AM and until police told them to leave, she said it was because they wanted to finish... That is an absurd excuse for breaking the law and working that late. This shows a complete failure in company leadership. Their disregard for me and my family shows how little they care. My wife and I had to go to work the next day on 2 hours of sleep because of this. I work in a high risk enviroment so it is extremely unsafe to work on such little sleep. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS. There are plenty of other businesses' out there who do honest work and care about affecting others.

This company has saved me so many times. They are on top of my needs and always seem to provide a very fair estimate on all projects. I have used other plumbers but always seem to go back to Drain Medic when it matters most. Linda is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating, but their whole team deserves credit, really. Their overnight service provides me with peace of mind too.

I work as a Maintenance Chief at a big Name Hotel, had a leak on the main hot water line. These guys came in looked at the problem, knew my time concerns and fixed it before anyone even knew the water was shut off. I highly recommend them.

Great plumbing services

It was Christmas Eve when my entire bathroom backed up and was filling with disgusting water. I called 4 plumbers before I tried Drain Medic. Some didn’t even answer or return my calls, others were at least kind enough to tell me they weren’t interested. Not only did Drain Medic take my call but they were there within an hour after already waiting 6 to “hear back from” other plumbers. The plumber was kind, let me know each step, if it worked, if it didn’t and what the next step would be. It’s a family owned business and they treated me like family. I would have had a MASSIVE flood in my apartment if they hadn’t come. I was so grateful and recommend them to all my friends and family! They’re my go to choice for all my plumbing needs now.

Drain Medic has been troubleshooting a leak problem at my 88 year old mother's house and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to address the issues. They discovered 4 areas and fixed all promptly and at a reasonable price when not covered by insurance. They have thoroughly explained each step of the process to her and mostly likely saved her thousands of dollars when others wanted to rip open the walls and quoted her minimum $2600 to fix. Insurance has covered most of the expenses with Drain Medic handling everything. Cannot thank them enough for dealing honestly with the elderly and communicating clearly.
