The service was wonderful! The tech explained everything to me making sure I was comfortable and I had a clear understanding of the problem at hand. The Customer Service Team was friendly and made sure the tech was on time and in place. Excellent Service 👌🏽

Dishonest, unresponsive, greedy & not customer savvy. My warranty company selected them to repair my pool. The tech determined what was wrong and never came back, then denied the job, even though my warranty company approved both the equipment and labor, but the tech wanted to make more than they were paying, so I’m now waiting on another company to fix my pool!!!!! This is week #2

Got them via choice home warranty. Ducked me around for two weeks then backed out. Terrible

My air conditioning was not working. The first visit was great, the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed the issue and said he would schedule another appointment once the part arrived to fix my unit. Nearly 3 weeks later I have been confirmed for 2 different appointments and no one has showed up. No call, no warning, I followed up after each missed appointment time and have been told (1) my appointment was dispatched to a technician (2) appointments are not guaranteed, technicians called in to work and there is nothing that could be done about it. The customer service is poor to say the least. I took 2 days off of work and no one ever showed up or had enough respect for my time to call and reschedule in advance. I received an automated email from the company to provide a google review, unfortunately I did not have a positive experience but hopefully moving forward customer service will improve and the company will respect the time of their customers.

I’ve unfortunately had some appliance issues lately and this is the 3rd repair company I’ve worked with in St Louis and by far the best in every way. They where very easy to work with, the tech was nice and honest (he recommend I replace my washer because the repairs just wouldn’t be cost effective). Yolanda in the office was great too! I was going through my home warranty and they where incredibly helpful getting me everything that was needed.

I have 2toilets in a rental One broke and a plumber was coming on Monday The 2nd one broke on a Saturday No plumbing service could send someone out on the weekend With a child and senior in the condo Antonio from Now plumbing saved the day for both my tenants and I Antonette

Amazing service.

They came and worked on busted pipes. I payed for parts and labor. But I paid for a valve to be replaced and they only put in pipe when it was suposed to have a valve. They claimed they would come back and finish the job but never showed up. I have called the main number and the technician sonny that did the work. They wont answer my calls.or return my calls.I will tell everyone I know not to hire them for plumbing services.also reporting them to bbb

Time window for arrival was missed. I was then told the tech would arrive later in the day…that never happened. Finally my appointment was cancelled via email

Not on time, canceled twice, did not complete the job. There was some small mold, caused by the leak, made worse by the 2 week delay, and plumber refused to do the job. The warranty company denied the claim due to their reporting of the issue. Stay away from them as far as you can!

called them- they had a tech named Ladell out within an hr. Fixed plumbing issue within 2 hrs. highly recommend! Direct, courteous and efficient!

First of all I like to say that they are very informative and trustworthy. They said what they had to do and it got done.... I'm happy and the tenant is happy. Great Job, RIGHT NOW PLUMBING.

When I called the lady who answered the phone was not very personable, she stated 3 times she was verifying with the plumber that he could come between 12-2 my appt time was supposed to be between 12-2 at 3:18PM the tech finally called me and stated he was 25 minutes out. So after being almost 2 hours late for our appt he quoted me $529 and after questioning if they did an invoice system since this is a business he stated they could send an invoice to the business, but when I received the invoice he stated he misquoted me and the part he had to buy was an extra $80. He bought a 12 inch piece of copper pipe from home depot, upon looking into the price online at home depot this part cost $8 after taxes. I was charged $630 instead of the original quote, I understand mistakes are made and misquotes happen but telling me it is due to the price of the part you bought and that it was $80 more was inaccurate. Instead of letting me know in person he called me from the unmarked van in the parking lot, he then proceeded to tell me if I could just go ahead pay that real quick so he can move on to the next job that would be great. obviously not invoicing to the business like we discussed. As a business we try to continually use the same businesses for our needs in the future, however we will not be using this company again due to this unprofessionalism.

Tech worked on wrong unit

Very nice man. My only complaint is the job was not completed. I paid half up front and other half was to be paid when job was completed. He never came back to complete the rest of the job.
He did refer an electrician to me on other work I needed. Thankful for great referral.

Right Now Plumbing was very professional, and fast! I would recommend these guys to future customers.

The Service Rep, the time to explain just what he was about to do, Once they finished he ask if we had a mop to get the water up, I thought that was good business.

I had a busted pipe following a down power line on a Sunday. I made 1 call and was able to get service the next day (which was also a Holiday) and was back to normal. 5 Stars

My husband called to set up an appointment for our water heater. we were told they would be at our house between 12-2 we got a call an hour after they should have been there saying they were on there way no one showed up till 330 we asked how much it would be the guy said $180 if all I have to do is light the pilot We know how to lite it that was not the problem our pilot would not stay lit. The guy was here for less then 30 min and charged us $270 just to put it back and try and lit the pilot which is something we know how to do. Nothing was fixed we were told that the part and labor to have it fixed would be over $500 when a new water heater cost about the same. I feel like we were ripped off.

They got there the same day I called to check out the problem and had it fixed the next day.

I’ve received a request to leave a review for this company and the work hasn’t even been completed. I’ve called the St. Louis and Atlanta numbers and haven’t heard back. My unit has now been without running water for over 24 hours.

After ignoring my calls, they’re plumber Alonozo caused over $5000 in damage and stole piping that he never returned. Roto Rooter confirmed they blew all of my faucets. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

I would definitely recommend Right Now Plumbing, especially Gregory. Thank you for being interested in fixing our problem. Although the insurance company I used I will not be using them. I have signed up with a new insurance company, when i can put a claim with them I will request that they send Right Now Plumbing to come back and repair the problem.

This company went out to my grandparents home and told them that they needed a new fan for the refrigerator and that the refrigerator was to frozen to look at and that they would come back two days later to look at it! Two days later my grandfather is calling and we are not getting answers and I mean we were calling for days! So good luck if you choose to deal with this company

Water was on my basement on the floor and I didn't have no hot water the took care of both problems
