Yesterday, this company astonishingly did my toilet installation needs. Everyone involved in the service was so understanding and considerate from start to finish. They were the only company that quickly responded to my request without hesitation. I wish I could give more than five stars to them. Highly recommended!

The best! Period. I’ve worked with them several times. Not only are they super responsive and charge reasonable prices, but their employees are kind, thorough and explain everything in a way that a homeowner can understand. They are now my first call if I ever have a plumbing issue or need.

I just want to thank the electrician who came over to my house last week to replace 14 outlets in the first floor, after discovering the problem was the old outlets in one of the bedrooms. Some of the outlets were malfunctioning, causing some of the lights to flicker in other areas of the house. Or half the house would be out of power due to a short circuit. These new outlets are not only stylish, they're a step above making sure my family and I are living in a safer, more up to date environment. Even though the job was costly, I still saved a pretty penny with the membership I'm subscribed to. I'm satisfied with the work that was done.

At Last, an Honest Plumber!
I noticed my water softener tank was leaking at about 4:30 Friday evening. I called a different plumbing company, but they were unable to help. I asked for a recommendation and was given Chris' phone number.

I called and he wasn't able to come out, but since my entire water supply was shut off, he walked me through how to fix it myself!

I put the phone down, turned on the speakerphone, and started unscrewing the bolts. Then he told me what to get at Home Depot, sent me pictures, and so I did!

I removed two lines that were under pressure and leaking. Then I added a single line that looped the inlet and outlet.

I turned on the water, and problem solved!

We've had trouble finding a reliable plumber and so thankful to have found Brian of Crossway Plumbing. He was very responsive, professional, and did exemplary work. Crossway Plumbing is now our go-to for any plumbing needs.

First time I called was on a weekend. I called the number listed on the water softener and was curtly told this number was for emergencies only, it does not say that on my unit. It just says for service call...

Second time I called to get a copy of a manual since there is nothing online. The rude lady on the phone said she was doing me a favor by letting me come pick up a physical copy of the manual. What kind of dinosaur company does not had a pdf that they can email you? Luckily found the previous owners manual before heading out.

Third time I called to get pricing for a replacement filter. I believe I talked to the same person. She said she needed to talk to someone else to get that info. My call was never returned for the information.

I will not do business with this company with such atrocious customer service. I will reach out to another business that appreciates a customer who is trying to spend money with them.

Carlos hit and totaled my car last month
while it was parked in the middle of the
day, he agreed to assist me in getting
into a new one because he is the sole
one responsible for the situation. Turns
out he was uninsured, and was
supposed to be holding a commercial
insurance policy. After giving him a great deal of time and being extremely reasonable and understanding even given the circumstances, Carlos has become totally unresponsive. Looking at the reviews it seems as though Carlos does not have the ability to communicate properly with clients, potential clients and others who truly need to contact him.
