Shane and Brian was able to come as soon as I called Roto Router Plumbing & Water Cleanup! It was an urgent matter and they made myself feel that everything was going to be okay. I had a great experience with Roto, and specifically Saso. I requested a quote from several different plumbers and rotor. Rooter was definitely the cheapest in friendliest and cleanest.

Called because my kitchen sink was clogged...they answered right away and was able to get Gary out to our house the same day. They actually said within the hour but I had to push it back. I recieved great care and immediate responsiveness from Roto Rooter when I recently had a sewage line problem in Laguna Beach. Jesse came out within an hour and was able to begin the process to unclog the line . Soon after Bryan and Jason showed up to snake a camera into the line and recognize how bad the problem really was. They were out in the cold and rain for 3 hours and had dig out and replace part of the line in order to get it fixed. They were prompt , responsive, courteous and worked hard until the job was done and met with my satisfaction. My daughter even commented how hard they we job they were working and what a great job they were doing.

Brian Glynn called me to set up an appointment as was available immediately to come out for a sewer inspection. Brian was punctual and professional. He explained my system and showed me where my problem was. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options to me. Thank you for a great experience!

The plumbers who worked on my job were: Bobby, 7291; Brian, 7259, and Nick, 7293. All very competent and polite. They cleared four drains and cleaned up the messes they made, all within the predicted four hours. During the work, they said an old pipe might not make it through the cleaning. And that happened. I was shown where the pipe had thinned over the years and luckily, they had a replacement on the truck. There was some difficulty removing the roto from my front yard's cleanouts, so a third technician was called to bring a camera. I was shown the problem and told what it would take to fix it.

I do t remember the guys name. I want to say it was Glenn or Greg. But he came to our house on such a short notice and was able to fix our issue. Now for the price of the issue, I think that could have been a bit cheaper. He just replace two valves and shutoff our water to do it. But overall the guy was very knowledgeable and took care of our issue.

I called Rotorooter because I had an emergency and needed to have a new toilet installed. They responded and sent someone over within an hour of my call and installed the new toilet within an hour.

My poor elderly mother had a clogged kitchen sink.
She agreed to pay the $300 but for 35 minutes of work, Roto Rooter should be ashamed of themselves. Highway robbery.
That comes to about $550 an hour, completely insane.
If I live to be 1000 years old, I will never use Roto Rooter for any reason.
Call around ask your friends for a reference before hiring a plumber because you have a much better than average chance of being ripped off.
We need to support good plumbers, which are rare and let the others go out of business.

Unclog drain

Jason was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about the work required to fix my problem. He explained what he would be doing and then went about it. He worked efficiently and quickly. He protected the area and cleaned up when done. He called in Steve, who worked the camera that showed the tree roots that had plugged my line. Steve gave me information about a clean-out. Something that probably will be installed, once I decide which plan to go with.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and we contacted Roto-Rooter at around 2:30 pm. We were told that would be a 4 hours window and we would receive a call when a technician is on the way. However, we waited until 8:40 pm. Anyway, the technician, Shane, is very easy to talk with and he takes time to listen to our problem. At around 10:15 pm, the sink was unclogged. Thanks Shane and thanks for printing the invoice, it looks very professional.

i had a slab leak, call roto rooter teck #7275 showed up quickly found the bad pipe in the slab, eliminated the pipe at the manifold in the wall emergency was over house up and running with out cold water to kitchen or back yard. Now we set up a time to run a new pix pipe to the kitchen. 1 man 2 day job, 2 men 1 day job a lot of work. teck # 7275 showed up by himself and pulled this job off in one long day, this guy worked hard and was professional. even when I said it was ok to finish it the next day he said he would like to wrap it up in a day( fine by me) I have not seen anyone work as hard as Hasan in a long time.It would not be smart of roto rooter to lose him. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE HE DESERVE IT! very hard working man and knows what he is doing!

Our Plumber’s name was Arian. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He quickly diagnosed an issue we were having with the toilet flange and even though the age of the pipes in our home threw a curveball at him, he managed to adapt and overcome. He also cleaned up after completing his work and left the bathroom in the same spotless condition he found it in.

During our kitchen remodel we decided to have Roto-Rooter come out to inspect our drainage line prior to installing our cabinets and flooring. Plumber Jason showed up and ran a camera in the draining line and discovered that we had a stoppage.

Somehow our drainage pipe was plugged. Jason took the time to fully explained out options. Long story short, since our home is on a slab, Jason had to dig up what was a heavly corroded galvanized pipe.

The $300 camera inspection was well spent. Had we completed the remodel and later discovered the drainage problem this could have costed thousands of dollars to rip out cabinets and flooring.

Thank you to Jason who takes great pride in the work that he does. The work came out great and Jason is a true professional and polite. He answered all of our plumbing questions with excitement, he gave us tips on how to keep our drainage clear for years to come.

Vincent was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in clearing out the storm drain that was plugged up from two decades of mud, roots, and debris. While he explained that clearing out the drain depends on the cause and the drainage pipe condition, he did promise he would give the world to clear it. The world he sure gave. I was watching him how hard he worked on a mission to clear the drain and it did make the difference to clear out the stubborn 20-year old clog. I was skeptical in the beginning when he claimed he was the best of the bests in the field, but after the job I'm fully convinced he lives up to that reputation. Rotor Rooter, please train all your servicemen to be like Vincent who sets a new customer satisfaction standard by which others should be measured. He came in all the protective gear since this is Covid era time and he had his mask, his gloves and not only that the bootie covers on the shoes so nothing gets contaminated. He kept our distance and explain safety is a key and he will get the activity done without any issue.

Jason even mentioned to be aware of the preventative maintenance of these quarter turn valves and also main water valve since calcium buildup will happen. And need to loosen these up after awhile ( 1x year). And the hoses that connects to your toilet needs replacement after 5 or so years since they got wear and tear. Really informative and really helpful and got the task done with ease. No leaks occurred and the valve is operational.

Overall I recommend Jason if you need to get plumbing, he is the right guy for the job. He even took the time to make sure the bidet and my toilet system is operational and got it up in running. He does so in a cheerful way and gives best recommendations to make sure water flows well and plumbing is done right!

Roto Rooter was a pleasure to work with. I called around 9 on a Sunday morning and they told me they could be here anywhere from 12-4 and I hoped for the earlier side of the call. They called me back within 30 minutes and asked if they could show up earlier. Gary showed up within 20 minutes and got straight to work. They cleaned out my main sewer line in less than an hour and let me know the cost of further work. Even though I decided to finish my job myself, he was professional and kind. I would defiantly use them again in the future.

We had a big slab leak at our home and decided to do a full repipe of the house. We got three quotes from three different companies. Roto Rooter did not only give us the best deal, but they were the most responsive of all three of the companies we had out. They got us a quote within two hours of their visit, faster than the first plumber who took 4 days, and they followed up the very next day. They then completed the repipe in just two days, as opposed to a full week quote by another company. They were communicative, and efficient and shared all the details of their work with me from start to finish. I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs (but hopefully we don't have any!)

The plumber that came to our house, A'ynis, was very professional and took all the safety precautions that are needed in these COVID times. The sink was backing up and it caused the washing machine to back up also. She unclogged the pipe in the main line and explained what she was doing. I highly recommend! Last time, Saso and his colleague came to fix the issue, and were great.

As bad as a backed up kitchen sink and accompanying flood was, Roto-Rooter made it as pleasant as possible. The scheduler sent out a technician ASAP. When the lead technician, Darwin, arrived, he put shoe covers on his feet, and came in to access the situation. He analyzed prior Roto-Rooter visits and showed me how much I had spent over the years for band-aid fixes. He gave me a temporary fix option, and a more costly, yet complete fix of the situation.I chose to completely replace my kitchen's 90 year old galvanized pipes and add a clean-out. To my surprise, Roto-Rooter was able to send out a crew and by the end of the day, I had new ABS pipes in my laundry room and kitchen, as well as a new clean out. The technicians also hauled away some old galvanized pipe another contractor left under the house years ago. The technicians were all very pleasant and professional. It was an extremely long day for them all. The next day a crew came to complete the concrete work outside. They left with the job site immaculate, and everything in working order. Darwin took photographs of the job in progress under the house, and will be sending them to me for my records. I am very happy with my experience.
