Chris was recommended to us by a neighbor. He did excellent and honestly priced work clearing our clogged pipes and doing some repairs to our shower. He was transparent the entire process and helpfully explained each decision he was making, along with offering some valuable suggestions at minor expense concerning repairs to our shower. He didn't mind having our daughter peering over his work, and me asking questions, in fact he is very open and transparent about the process. Highly recommend!

At Last, an Honest Plumber!
I noticed my water softener tank was leaking at about 4:30 Friday evening. I called a different plumbing company, but they were unable to help. I asked for a recommendation and was given Chris' phone number.

I called and he wasn't able to come out, but since my entire water supply was shut off, he walked me through how to fix it myself!

I put the phone down, turned on the speakerphone, and started unscrewing the bolts. Then he told me what to get at Home Depot, sent me pictures, and so I did!

I removed two lines that were under pressure and leaking. Then I added a single line that looped the inlet and outlet.

I turned on the water, and problem solved!

After years of being screwed over by various contractors, I came home to a garage full of water one Friday afternoon and my heart sank. Here we go again....
I called the first 5 star plumber I could find on Yelp, and he couldn't come out, but gave me Chris's number as an alternative to try. I'll be forever grateful that he did!
Within an hour, Chris had come out and made the tank safe, and within 24 hours and a few strings pulled behind the scenes, he had got hold of a brand new water heater for us and installed it beautifully. No mess, no fuss, no drama, no incredible disappearing acts, just a swift, honest, great job at a fantastically reasonable price.
We finally have a go-to plumber! It's a big relief to know we have someone reliable we can call on now the next time something goes kaput who we know we can trust!
