Great service. Friendly and accommodating and reasonably priced. Fixed a toilet that was giving us fits for a while, and it has been running smoothly since the repair. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Victoria gave it to me straight. She told me what was wrong with my HVAC system, showing me the evidence on the equipment itself or with photos of the hard to reach places. She arrived when she said she would. Additionally, she was so fun and personable! 10 out of 10 dentists agree: they want their HVAC maintained by Victoria! :)

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Greenstar promises 24/7 service. I have a 10 year parts snd labor agreement. The furace was installed in 2019 and when I needed service they did not come through.

They were fast, professional and came out immediately and fixed the issue affordably. I highly recommend them.

Got quoted $99 or free for drain clog by Mike Diamond 800 number, they got there in 45 minutes on time did the job and only charged me just that. No I did not smell test the plumber.. will definitely recommend
