Only reason I gave one star is because it didn't go any lower ..Terrible and I mean Terrible. The lady that answered the phone her name is angela ,she was very rude an very unprofessional I would never reccomend this company to anyone. Worst customer service ever !!!

I have now used this company to clean out a blocked pipe so that my family could continue to actually use our plumbing AND to dig up my front yard and remove and replace a section of my plumbing that was around 3/4ths blocked by a tree root. They came and got the problem fixed and everyone in the house is pleased to be able to use the plumbing without restrictions again. I would have loved to have spent less money on the repairs but have zero complaints past that. It cost what it cost and the work was expertly done. I personally 100% recommend this company. The two plumbing pros, Mr. Anderson and Isai (not sure of his last name), were great and did a hell of a good job. Thanks for the great work.

I had a kitchen sink faucet replaced and also the water turn off valves that had corroded shut tight. Brandon was courteous, explained what was need as he went and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

On a Sunday, all of the drains in my house backed up. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent out a technician that day to clear my main sewer line. I have used them before, but it had been a few years. Thank you, Mr. Rooter.

Stay away from this plumbing company they can robbed you easily they charge me for drain clogged $1100.00

These people are great. Came out and evaluated my issue. When they found there was no plumbing problem they didn't even charge me a service call. Honest folks!

They got the job done but at a very expensive cost ! 415.00 dollars to clear a clogged bathtub of hair which took ten minutes. btw.... I took the least expensive option of the three prices they quote. I’m adding this because of the owner’s response. The two hours he was there was taking pics, writing a 35 min estimate, 10 Min for the job and another 30 minutes talking about the economy. I looked up the average price for the job I had done and it runs around 250.00 SO YES we paid to much! Just beware they will come but you might have to sell your first born.

They came out quickly on a Saturday afternoon and cleaned out my pipe problem. I was very happy to get my plumbing back up and running.

I had these guys come out to look at my toilet and they said it would need a whole new toilet. Come to find out that I fix the toilet for $12.99. Get a second opinion before going with these guys they are money hungry.

They said they were 24hrs all the phone did was ring and ring!

We had a broken sewer pipe that, due to its original installation in 1987, had been routed through our neighbors' property. Since the break was on the neighbors' side of the fence separating our lots, we needed a new line installed on our side.

The work was started and completed in timely fashion and was, by all indications, very professionally done. Communication was consistently good, and everyone involved gets a high recommendation on that count.

The price, however... wow. It was through the roof, beyond anything we could have expected, especially after a couple of other consultations. Had this not been an emergency situation, we would have spent more time consulting with various contractors and obtaining additional quotes. Those we did get were considerably less, but we chose Mr. Rooter because their evaluation did strike us as the most comprehensive and time was of the essence. Thus, while the work may have been completed at a fair price, I'd be hard pressed to claim it was a good value when you consider that the full week's work cost nearly $60K for approximately 50 ft of new sewer line.

Dwayne came straight in and automatically accessed our problem. We had two other plumbers to come out and were unsuccessful. He knew exactly what was wrong; fixed it and didn't even leave any type of mess. He was really nice and professional. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber.

The Tech's Were Very Professional And Curtious, They The Got The Job Done And Walked Me Through Each Step. I Would Recommend Them To Anyone Who Needs A Plumber.

Mr. Rooter was able to fix the drains in the basement. Dwayne took his time to do the job correctly. Mr. Rooter has been very responsive when we need repairs.
