Terrible costumer service. They put in a new air conditioner for us. It stopped working because they didn't connect a hose correctly. Tonight a year later we not have water coming through the air conditioner vent in the bathroom. Called them and they said that they can have someone out in two days. Really? I have water coming through the vent and now the ceiling in my bathroom needs be replaced.

Your company is a RIP OFF, they told me I needed a new unit. and that it would cost of $14,000 of course I could not afford it so they suggested banded it and charged me $863.00 for five minutes of their time.

So I called another air conditioning company, and they came out and checked and said that my unit was still good and all it needed was a charge of coolant. So that is why I am disputing this order, also I am a retired senior and cannot afford.

Horrible horrible horrible… I’ve had service with Right Time heating for the last 14 yrs. Since the merge (I wasn’t aware of) the service now SUCKS thanks to Greenstar. The Greenstar technician was rude lack of compression disrespectful to my home didn’t wear booties like Right Time, tracking dirt through my house. I’m leaving that merge and looking for a new heating and air condition company.

We had a malfunction with our newly installed AC system. Its very hot today and my parents are almost 90 yrs old so I put in an emergency repair request with Greenstar. I was very pleased when service man Zachary Reyes arrived 3 hours early and saved the day. He was exceptional!!! Very professional, very knowledgeable and he fixed the problem very quickly. He saved the day and set the bar high for any other service rep out there. A thousand thank yous to Zachary Reyes!

Our air conditioner went out in June this year. We called them up after seeing the online ad and scheduled a service. Jesus fixed it great and even improved it. Now, the system is balanced pushing out cold air on both floors as easy as you please. We also signed up the the annual maintenance plan which gives us additional discounts on repairs and priority scheduling, great for emergencies.

We are ARS customers now for life. They are the best, Jerry, the best!

Even though he's only 20, Emanuel B of ARS, is knowledgeable and organized,with excellent people skills and work ethic. Tod the salesman set me up with a great deal and sent Hector and Jared to my house to install a new AC condenser because my old one broke. They also installed a humidifier and an

The Right Time (Home Depot) technician and then his supervisor both told me my air conditioner needed to be replaced (for $7000) because of rust. Two other companies including the Costco rep said the equipment was in fine condition. Don't be cheated. Get multiple bids/ opinions!

Derrick came out today and added Freon and easy seal to take care of any small leaks in our AC line. He was very professional and knowledgeable. he was very sharp it took him 30 minutes he was in and out. The thing I didn’t like was when I called on Tuesday the week before i was told there was no way to get anybody out here for six days. So therefore during the hottest week of the year we had no air-conditioning. And that was my concern and that’s why I asked if there was anyone who could just bring some Freon out, but they told me no. And that was the upsetting part. I couldn’t call another company to see if they could come out sooner because I would’ve forfeited my warranty.

My Air Conditioner stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. After calling 8 companies myself and my Boyfriend doing the same. He obtained an appointment with Right Time Home Services for 2:00 on Saturday 7-7-18. He left work early so he could be there for me, since I also work on Saturdays.(so sweet) 2:30......3:00......no one came. He called 4 times at 3:30 and the company said the technician would call him and give us an ETA. No one called and he had to track down someone to talk to and at 5:30 we were told that our appointment was pushed to Tuesday 7-10-18.
I'm so angry! We lost work hours and pay to be home for this company and they did this. I passed up making appointments with other companies because we had one with Right Time. Company should be renamed Wrong Time....Wish I could give them No stars.

I had work done to repair my heater in December and paid $2500, only to be told 2 weeks later that the whole unit needed to be replaced for a cost of $6800. I was told I would be refunded the original amount, but it has been a month and I am still waiting, and calls to the company regarding the refund have been unanswered.

I was not provided with the necessary information or paperwork to obtain the licensing permit from the city. Something they neglected to tell me I would have to take care of. Because of this the permit was rejected. I never saw an inspector do a thorough job of inspecting the installation. Nor did I received a notice from your company regarding this problem. After many phone calls and research I found out that this was the problem.

Do not recommend this company. I was having issues with my prior condenser unit and they recommended that I replace the unit completely. They further recommended that I purchase a brand new furnace that would be better compatible with the new condenser, plus it would be more energy efficient and came with an air scrubber. All in all, I was on board with this decision since we live in an old manufactured home.

Turns out, they replaced the furnace with the EXACT same model as before, which they then said was not compatible with an air scrubber. When I questioned them on this, they said that our home (manufactured) only supported one type of furnace. I requested a refund for the furnace which they denied since it was in the signed contract. Furthermore, the condenser unit they installed was also not the correct condenser unit discussed in the initial meeting. They had to come out two weeks later to replace the condenser with a separate condenser unit, which I am still not sure if it is the correct one or not. They claim that it is still an upgrade from what I had, including the furnace and has continued to fail to provide me with details on the exact models discussed at the initial meeting.

So far, every 6 months, this new condenser shuts off and does not work. They have come out a total of 3 times to fix the same issue, and I have been calling weekly for over a month and still have not been able to get a call back with an explanation on why the condenser keeps failing. The maintenance summary sheets provided are blank, and no one has returned my calls. Strongly considering taking this company to small claims for a full refund. This company has swindled me for my money and is extremely shady. A co-worker and a friend of a friend also have similar issues.

Decided to have my old ac unit tuned up before summer and the heat gets here. Anthony was the technician. He was very polite and professional, but above all THOROUGH. He went through the whole AC unit and furnace and cleaned everything up and inspected it top to bottom. He discovered a couple off issues that could have led to a disaster if left unaddressed. Im happy I called them out and they could fix it up now before we were left possibly with a broken down air conditioning unit on a hot summer day. My ac is now working better than it has in the 5 years since I lived in this house. Thank you Anthony and Right time! Job well done

I have previously completed a survey on this company. This is to revise. The company came back within two weeks and repaired my three pages of complaints. Jose was very knowledgeable and explained why I was having problems. So please keep Hugo Jr. and Jose as they both know what they are doing. And do it right Hugo Junior the first time. And Jose following up repairs from the initial installation. Now I have to wait for the city inspector, and a third party inspector. Hopefully everything is to code and I pass both inspections soon. Thanks to Maria for sending me one of “the best “. For my follow up concerns. This is an edit to the above. Since my last post I have discovered that the first return fix of three pages was not completed. And I discovered that there’s many more issues , than first initial cursory glance.. Yes they have done well to send people out to fix my concerns. But if the installation had been completed correctly I wouldn’t have to keep calling them out. An example is they left a supply duct unconnected so for two months I have been pumping conditioned air into my attic. I wonder what that has been costing me. The list is too long too publish here. It has been at least two months now that I have been waiting to get this done, I am in jeopardy of having my permit revoked because of the delay.

Incompetent and dishonest.
I called RighTime when one of my Lennox AC system with 2 zones stopped working. They quoted $189 for diagnostic. Jose Chavez came next day, he told my wife that our furnace board needs replacement, our ducts need resealing and it's going to be $2,000+ to address. He also suggested that since our system (was installed in 2004) is not designed to work that long it's best to hire them to replace the whole system. When I came home, I found that hard to believe and wanted to look up the board. On his diagnostic report for which we paid $189, I found no information but his supervisor's Kyle, phone number. I called Kyle, he said to me that according to his communication with his technician our system cannot be repair.

After licensing a licensed contractor for Lennox. It was determined that the zone board had a faulty relay and can be fixed. Lennox rep told us that the claim that the system is not designed to work for 12 years is absolutely false.

Called HD to have new AC installed. RightTime is the installer company. After agreed on price match to costco, they installed the system but then charged price without price match. Paid over price with expectation for good service. Contact them but no response. Call and text the saleman (Ben) but no answer.

Kyle and Jose came today to reinstall a ductless heater air conditioner unit put in by Greenstar just over a year ago. The original install was put in by a couple of clowns and made a lot of noise, shook the walls and generally never worked as promised. Greenstar dispatch is a rude clueless woman who has no idea what customer service is. After countless phone calls, bounced from person to person over several days I was finally comnected with Mark who finally got things moving. Again, Kyle and Jose reinstalled the unit and I'm amazed how quiet it is and how well it works.... These guys were on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, did a beautiful artistic installation and were a pleasure to be around. Because of these two I have a more positive opinion of Greenstar.

The A/C suddenly stopped working. Called ARS because of the many positive reviews on Google. They were able to get the technician, James J., to our house within 2 hours. James was fast and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad breaker in the House electrical box. A quick replacement of the breaker and the A/C roared into life. At no time did he try to upsell me. Fast and efficient. I will definitely call ARS again should I need any other work done on the HVAC system.

This company has been targeting me on Facebook for a while. When my AC unit at home broke I called and we made an appointment for between 11-3. They said it would be $120 just to come out. I was fine with that. I took a whole day off work because we need our AC to work. These guys were a total no show. I called at 12:30. They said they would get an eta. No one called back. I called again at 2 pm no call back. Now i just called at 5:30 they have no explanation and were very rude to me like it was my fault. I get that this company is buying out the local guys but with this type of customer service I’m sure they will fail. It’s not hard. Set an appointment and show up. If you are late or something happens call the customer.

DO NOT CONTRACT HVAC INSTALLATION THROUGH HOME DEPOT! DO NOT HAVE ARS DO THE WORK! SHOULD EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES WANT YOU TO SIGN A CONTRACT, RUN FAR, RUN FAST!

Spoke with one of the nice young men at home depot who was hawking home AC systems. He sent out a representative, we talked and he took some measurements of the house and the yard. I ended up signing a contract, although I was a little concerned about the company not being local (I’m in Long Beach, and their offices are in Tustin). At this time, he seemed to think the compressor would be situated near the service porch or kitchen windows.

I had the HVAC system installed in February 2015. Installation seemed to go OK. They situated the compressor near the master bedroom window, which I thought was a little weird, but hey, they must know what they’re doing- they’re the professionals, right?
They left a big hole in the wall where they took out the wall furnace, which I expected. The installer very kindly said they would send someone to fix the wall- I was a pleasantly surprised because I thought I would have to fix it myself. The contractor they hired came to fix the wall and did a nice job.

I then received a letter that I everything was ready and that I could call the city inspector, so I called the city and made an appointment for the inspector to come out. About an hour before the inspector was due to come over someone called from another company, wanting to make an appointment to come out and do some testing that was requisite for the permit to be signed off.

The inspector came out as scheduled, but he was not able to sign off on the permit because the testing had not been done and someone from the company had to be here to do a gas test. He basically said that the company had left me out in the cold regarding the permit, that they should be arranging it all.

The gentleman from the other company came out to do the testing, thankfully the system passed. So I scheduled another appointment with the inspector.

At one point I called ARS to ask about the permit issues. They were less than helpful and did not seem to think the gas test issue was significant.

In March, the drain pan (that collects the condensation?) failed to drain. The system shut itself off but not before water had leaked into my attic. They came out and “fixed” it, which involved draining a significant amount of water through my kitchen light fixture.

Next up, the fan failed. This is a top of the line Rheem system, newly installed… and the fan failed? Yet another service call (actually two, because they had to order the module, or whatever it was). Keep in mind that I had to either 1) miss work or 2) inconvenience a friend/family member so someone could be at my home for all of these services calls/appointments.

In the meantime, the inspector came out a few more times before I was able to coordinate getting the installers out here for the gas test. The ARS guys had to cut a hole in the previously repaired wall to access the gas connector (I had asked several people beforehand if this would have to be done, but nobody seemed to know). They left a hole in the wall and the ARS technician said they would send someone out to put in an access door. THAT never happened. Finally got the permit signed off after several attempts.

So, here we are in July and the system has shut itself off again, the drain pan is full of water and the deck in the attic is wet. THIS IS IN A SYSTEM THAT WAS INSTALLED LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AGO. I called the number on the top of the invoice and they said they would page their on-call dispatcher. That was an hour and a half ago, and still nothing. The total cost of this system is close to $19,000. At this point, I am within a hair’s breadth of seeking legal redress.

The service technicians do a good job, but the company charges exorbitant prices for low-cost services. I was charged a total of $729 dollars for a one hour service. The breakdown is below:

The capacitor they installed is available online for $25-$40. In total, for this part and the one hour that they were here they charged $532.

They also charged me $197 for a yearly membership. This was an alternative you could pay over the cost of their Trip charge which is $100. The charge covers two maintenance visits, one of which includes a 24 point inspection. The visits are still $40 dollars (a discounted membership rate, they reminded me) and do not cover the cost of necessary repairs (though, you do get 10% off).

I had a complete HVAC system put into my condo five years ago. The inspector came out and Red tagged the job four times. The worst part was is that they didn’t hook up the gas line correctly, but what made it even worse is that they didn’t hook up the exhaust stack from the unit. So, if my tenants would’ve turned on the heat, the exhaust would’ve filled the attic and then went into the unit and probably killed both of them. After waiting there 5 different days for the inspector to show up and hopefully clear the red tags to fix the problems they would send out a guy who was maintenance not an installer so my day was lost because he couldn’t do anything. I finally found out that my unit which I was told was a 10 year warranty is 10 years. I had a problem with my capacitor which i replaced it myself. I believe the company might have changed but personally I would not use them unless I absolutely have to call them out for the next five years if I have a problem.

I have used this company for awhile now and they have great customer service and polite technicians. They call 30 minutes before the technician arrives. On this particular day, I called to have a bulb replaced in my air scrubber- a device that improves the air quality in our home. The repairman troubleshot the unit found what he thought was wrong gave me estimate of $592 to do the repair, then told me I would have to pay the entire amount on the spot before the job was started. After he and a co worker completed the repair my heating system still didn’t work. I find it hard to believe all new customers are treated this way. He assured me that this is company policy. The state of California states that only a percentage of the estimate is required to start a job

This place lies. They sell you one thing and you get another after they say oh we can’t do that here. Sales person is just that a sales person. Once the job happens they run into a kinds of issues because they promise what they can’t deliver. Then you can barley communicate with them. All of there workers have no clue and complain to you the customer. Then the guy who was supposed to clean out my vents straight up lied to me about doing it. And old bloody napkins and cigarettes came up through my vents and into my little daughter’s room. As well as my own. Trying to get anyone to answer you is like trying to call up the DMV.. No one knows what’s going on. All around would not use them again. Also I spent 18k. Totally regret going with them.

Never dealt with them, but my experience as a service electrician, and with what my buddy told me about what they tried to charge him to replace smoke detectors, didn't seem real. Then he showed me the paperwork. Run away!

I am very disappointed regarding this A/C tune up appointment. Although technician stated how the system was performing in different areas (temperature difference going in and out) how I might need to keep an eye on the fan motor, he never stated that these things were a must now. Technician did specify that system is starting hard and suggested I might need a hard start kit. However, at no point did he say that I needed to have it now. According to his report I declined all this. In addition to this, he did not clean the condenser coil. And last but not least, he was about to leave my house without changing the air filter and if not for me saying, wait you’re not going to change the air filter? He would not have gone back to check on the shape of it. Even though this is the company I hired about 5-6 years ago to replace my furnace and the company I keep calling to perform the tune ups every 6 months on my system I have to say that I no longer know whether or not the technician will do everything he’s supposed to do when he arrives

They are untruthful. The technician Terrance came out and put in a thermal coupler charged $193 for that and $89 for the service call. They tell you when you call in that the service call $89 will be deducted from the repair cost. It was not. They said I would get a 10% discount I did not. The charge was $282 and the heater worked 1/2 a day. I called back and requested Manny because everyone rated him higher in google. He came out and said the heater was too old to attempt to fix. Why didn't Terrence tell us that. BIG WASTE OF MONEY. I looked on the website and the charge has to be $200 before they will waive the $89. If they would have charged me $7 more I could have save $82. DEFINATELY WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Smelled electrical like something burning. Called these people and they came out and checked the system only to find out that nothing was wrong. Zach the technician checked it out. He assured me it was working properly. No charge on his visit he was kind courteous and very professional. Gave me peace of mind that nothing was wrong. They installed the AC. I will continue to use them for all my heating and A/C needs. Highly recommend them and thier service.

Turned on the AC the other day and after a couple hours I noticed I could no longer feel cold air coming out the vents. I quickly opened the back door and could clearly hear the outside unit running, I then went into the garage and noticed the furnace blower fan was not running. After a miserable night without AC first thing that next morning I went online and found the number for 'RighTime Home Services' reviews seemed good so I gave them a call and they were able to send out a Service Tech that very same afternoon. Alfredo showed up on time, clean and super friendly. I did some research the night before and explained 3 possible causes which Alfredo seemed to agree with and after a short time he quickly determined the problem and fixed it. Alfredo was friendly, professional, and he gave me a very reasonable price. He even inspected the entire system for any other possible failures. I would definitely recommend RighTime to others in need.

I had a Lennox mini split unit installed in January. The temperature control in each zone can’t be controlled due to a defective ambient temperature sensor. Greenstar said the part is unavailable due to a supply chain issue. And they don’t know when it will be available. I also have issues with their warranty when it comes to maintenance.

The AC was installed however has not passed inspection by the city twice. There was a cap from my old wall heater that wasn’t placed on the roof of my house that could have cause a major flood. When I called to complain green star act like i was Over exaggerating and did not show any concern what so ever. I am Not at all satisfied with this company.

I called in May to reschedule an HVAC check. They rescheduled two times due to lack of technician availability. The third time, now in June, the technician no showed.. The dispatcher claimed that we were out of territory. How this did not come up over for previous phone calls is a complete mystery to me. I was very disappointed.

The salesmen, Robert Taylor did an inspection and analysis of our current furnace and duct work and provided us estimates on air conditioning, and then an estimate to replace our existing furnace plus air conditioning. We asked for his assessment on our current furnace and he didn't see the need to replace our furnace at this time so we went with the air conditioning package. Our air conditioning was installed the next day, and after FOUR visits to work on wiring so our furnace and air conditioning would both work we had functioning air for 5 days. The next heat wave we went to turn on our air and it didn't work. The first RighTime technician that came out said our air conditioner (they installed) was too big for our ducting and probably burned the furnace mortar out. He recommend we get bigger ducting and the furnace fan and replace. We asked for written options but never received them. We had to call at least three separate times to get ANOTHER technician out who then told us our ducting was fine and we should have gotten our furnace replaced, and our current (now broken) furnace fan could not handle the new air conditioner. This time the motor replacement had an additional $1k added to the estimated. AGAIN, we asked for all of our options written down. After two weeks we received estimates and it's at least 2x as much to replace our furnace as I was when Robert gave us our first estimate. Now we are playing off a loan for an air conditioner we can't use and a broken furnace.

I have not had my unit for more than 3 years and they won't cover my parts and labor due to some bogus inspection...Please do your homework and don't use these people. The gas was not checked before they left for the day and the pilot lights were not lit and gas was leaking into the home. Once the older heater was removed, the wall was not repaired. Worked with Aaron and he was very helpful and got answers for me right away. No one has returned to show us how to run the operate it.

What a scam service!

My water heater stops working. The techinian did not even bother to check what is wrong, just tell me it is a old unit, now it is at the end of its life. The replacement cost $3500-4500 if done by his company. It is too expensive! So I have to call another plumber to replace it. The other plumber comes by. He unplugged then replugged the power cord, then the water heater starts to work again! The other plumber says the water heater works fine. It is a power-vented water heater, so sometimes the circuit needs to be reset. That is all!

The other plumber says even it is a old unit, 14 years old, but sometimes it works to 20 years. As long as it is working, there is no need to replace it now.

Got a referral from Home Depot for HVAC replacement. They called and I made an appointment for the next day at 6pm. At 4:45pm on the day of the appointment Rachel called and left a message to reschedule my appointment because they were too busy. I called back
and spoke to Gilbert who again stated they were too busy. Aked me if I would like to reschedule. I responded with “why, so you can cancel me again!”

I had to have a tune up on my air conditioning unit because i had not had it serviced in a really long time. I had the pleasure of having Manny as my technician and he was extremely professional. Excellent service and highly trained, professional staff. I had a Lennox furnace installed by Greenstar in January. They did a great job. I love my new furnace and they completely surrounded it with insulation materials for sound and heat. It was a very professional installation and they took care of all the permits. I had a problem with the new NEST thermostat starting the old A/C for the first time with in June. I called in the morning and the technician, Jose, arrived in the afternoon to perform service under the 12 month warranty. In less than 15 mins he identified and fixed 2 problems and I have A/C with my new NEST. I highly recommend this company for quality HVAC service, honesty, and affordability. You won't be sorry. They are the best!

I called greenstar rightime to have my ac service, cause it stopped blowing cold air even signed up for the annual membership hoping that would save me money. Technician came on time check everything, told me that ac needed refrigerant/freon cause there’s a leak trying yo explain everything to me and quoted me $2183 to recharge my ac and put sealant. Being a first time home owner i have no idea how much is the typical cost. Its expensive, yes. But ended up paying with my credit card cause we need our ac for the kids. After realizing i over paid did some research and called other companies for quote, found out i paid 3x the other company is charging for refrigerant and sealant. Tried calling greenstar customer service but they keep transfering my call end up not getting any answer. I’m just asking for them to recalculate and assest, show me a breakdown? My invoice only says refrigerant/sealant $2183. I learned my lesson 2k is no joke it will take me weeks to earned that money. Unlike for greenstar it was only less than 2 hours of work. If you’re looking to get broke call them right now. Otherwise look somewhere else.

Connor and Mathew are terrific guys as well as ace professionals. They explained exactly what can go wrong with a heating system after 12 years, explained aspects of air flow and heat exchanger depredation that I did not know about, and what would need to be replaced within the next five years (this was a heating system maintenance visit). Connor also has a great sense of humor. I told him to drop by for a drink sometime after they finished the maintenance and he warned me to be careful because he is Irish!

I initially received a notification from google nest that they detected a problem with my AC. I was not getting cool air from my AC. I made an appointment with the service they recommended. That was one of the worst experiences of my life. The technician never showed up and I couldn’t contact anyone to find out what was going on. I somehow got connected with GreenStar. They never got my appointment information. But they scheduled me right away and kept me informed of the technicians time of arrival. Hector was wonderful. This company can not seem to keep their appointments and promises.
My first visit was push 3 times in one day and pushed to a separate day entirely. and got pushed 2 more time. This is not respecting my time and certainty not exceptional. And they don't communicate until after your appointment time.
my second visit never happened. they took the money and haven;t seen or heard anything since. No refund, no promises kept. We'll see if they honor their exceptional guarantee. if they don't, don't trust them. You've been warned.

Further, their website is bias regarding reviews. I tried adding a review from their website. I spoke with chat and the process is to submit your review in the chat box he said he'd forward that to company. Really, what if he doesn't or it gets lost. This is shady as to whether legitimate post makes it to their website. I suppose they only post what they want to make themselves look good. That's the reason they may not show up. My effort proves that.

Overall everyone used to set up the appointment was very courteous and supportive. I called a tech by accident and even he was great about getting me to appointments. Jose who did the world was inside the time window and was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He allowed me to comment and ask questions - - I always do and he answered them. He upped the level of mounting the UV filter unit and replaced the bulb. I was very happy with the work.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Greenstar. My new AC/Heating units were installed in 2019. In 2020 I called to ask for maintenance. A man answered and said, “We only install units. We do not maintain them.” So twice a year I used another company to provide spring and fall maintenance. This year (2022) parts started to fail and needed replacements. I discovered that Greenstar did in fact provide maintenance and repair service. I called again and was told we had a 5 yr parts warranty and labor. An appointment was scheduled to check my units. My first appointment was canceled due to a personnel emergency. A second appointment was scheduled. On the day before I was called to confirm. The day of the appointment I was called again by another person who didn’t see notes of my prior confirmation and then said I had to pay $99 for the service. When the tech arrived he didn’t conduct the whole house check that the first contact indicated would be conducted. And he said because I had not used Greenstar for maintenance they could no longer honor my service warranty. I told him I couldn’t get service in 2020 but he just shrugged his shoulders. Greenstar is so disorganized. They don’t communicate within the organization or to customers effectively. I will NEVER do business with them again! Buyer beware!!

I contacted Right Time Home Services after noticing water coming off my roof onto the air conditioner unit and my patio. The water should have been coming thru the rain gutter and I was concerned as to why it was not and worried about possible water damage. I called Right Time Services immediately requesting for a technician to come and check out the problem. I live in a two story home and informed the dispatcher two times to have the technicians to bring a ladder in order to gain access to the roof. I was told they would provide me with a two man crew who will also bring a ladder. A technician arrived to my home the following day 30 minutes after the 3p-5p window timeframe. He showed up to my home alone without a ladder and ultimately could not check out the problem. He informed me that he was told that he may not need a ladder to access the roof. He apologized and said he would return the next day with a partner. The following day I was told by a dispatcher that the technician would not be coming to my home that day because they didn’t have a two man crew or a ladder to come out and service my request. I was told that they would not be able to assist me until the following week. I was very disappointed at this point.

Basically, after numerous calls for service and ultimately having to contacting upper management for assistance, Right Time technicians came to my home to service my request. The issue was explained to me and ultimately fixed in less than an hour. I appreciate the service, but I hope in the future I will not ever have to resort to contacting upper management to receive service in a timely manner. Thank you.

Technician ( Jesus) arrived on time and promptly checked out refrigeration level after he was updated on the units history, (Brand new unit , run once during installation) Jesus, on removal of fan from unit noticed source of leakage of refrigerant diagnosed as most probable a pin hole in coil ( I think that this is the condenser coil). Back filed unit with new chemical used to plug leakage sites of this nature. Jesus is a well trained technician and an excellent representative for his company . Thank you for a job well done

Eddie is an extremely dilligent hard worker. He does not give up until he finds a solution to the problem. In addition, he is polite, personable and professional.

Eddie was instrumental in the installation efforts of my A/C systems, and now does a great and thorough job of system maintenance for me. I really appreciate it.

Overall ARS is a great company...they stand behind their word, and take care of any and all problems...big or small!

I had multiple quotes on an AC replacement and this was astronomically higher than all of them. After doing more research the math came out to over $10,000 in profit they would have made off me. Yikes

Had an annual maintenance done by Justin P. of ARS of Orange County on our 2-year old ARS-installed systems. Justin noticed the attic unit did not have an overflow safety switch installed whereas the garage unit did. The attic unit was supposed to have it installed during the initial installation. Justin notified his manager of the oversight and wrote it up on his inspection report. He also recommended I contact ARS customer relations to have this oversight corrected. I contacted ARS Corporate Customer Relations (Ms Janice Harris) who agreed the oversight must be corrected. She connected me to the Tustin office. The next morning Justin was back to install the safety switch per original contract. I really appreciate the fast, no hassle, we'll make it right attitude of ARS and the conscientious technicians like Justin P.

They get one star because they showed up but oh boy was it a bad decision to go with this organization. Such a let down from Home Depot to have them as contractor. Had months of lies and deception. Sales rep Ernest had lack of knowledge and just wanted his sales numbers. John the local city rep merely quotes how big the company is. Installers are handy men at best. Got a rebate for over charging. Would not recommend folks. Go with your local A/C company not these folks.
